Useless. It was missing the sensor on bottom end.The manufacturer contacted me about this review. Went to great lengths to make sure I had a working meter;sent me a free item which worked as it should. I am very impressed with their efforts to make it right.

I have been using my iSpring filter system for the past 2 years. I do replace the filters according to the recommended schedule We really enjoy the water quality and use the iSpring for all drinking and cooking. Also appliances such as coffee makers do not get a build up of grit inside ---- I also think this extends the life of the appliance.

it was 20 ppm off from factory but calibration was easy with tds calibration liquid. so far no problems with this item.
