This is our 3rd iSpring RO system and we love them! We bought one at our old house and left it when we moved so we had to buy another when we bought our new house. My mother loved ours so much that we also bought one for her! Seriously these are the best things ever! I bought my first one from Culligan years ago for $800.00 and this one is MUCH superior quality. Quit wasting your money and destroying the planet with bottles of water, this pays for itself in a couple months! BUY IT NOW!

I LOVE WATER EVEN MORE NOW.this water has changed my life. I didnt realize how much I needed this... I live off of well water and this takes every single nasty taste out.Life changing. Highly recommend.The only thing is it takes a long time to fill the reservoir so if you want a faster flow, get the pump.

We own both the 5-stage RCC7 and the 7-stage RCC7AK-UV water filter system. Our previous water filter system was quite noisy--it literally gurgled for several minutes every time you took water from it--so when it came time to replace the RO stage, we decided to just get a whole new system. The reviews for the iSpring models were quite good, and sure enough, theyre quiet as well (basically inaudible unless we open the under-sink cabinet). We were so happy with the 5-stage that we decided to get the 7-stage as a gift for a family member who had expressed interest in having one with a UV-stage. The UV-stage is great because it has a light on it that turns on whenever you take water from the system, so you know its doing its job.Most importantly, of course, the water tastes great. Being engineers, we wanted to quantify it, so we also bought an HM Digital TDS-EZ Water Quality Tester, which is a particulate testing device with a digital readout, and confirmed that the 7-stage unit takes our tap water with a particulate level of 300+ parts per million (ppm) and produces water with less than 15 ppm. No wonder it tastes so great, because that is an excellent filtering job. In conclusion, we are extremely pleased with the two iSpring systems we own!

We had an issue with our UV light not working properly. Customer service was willing to replace no problem, however, still did not work after replacement. The RO system works great after we took out the UV part. Have not had an issue with it,m We didnt feel like going through more hassle with the uv light. Otherwise, like the system. Also like the fridge extension to make nice clear ice!
