This system works great. The only negative I have about the unit is the occasional thump sound emitted from the cutoff valve when I start to draw water from the system. Not sure if I am the only one here as I didn't see other buyers mentioned this in their reviews.

Our old system only had two filters and you can taste the difference. Overall excellent product!

We have only a single hole in the counter top and my husband (who also played plumber) did not want to add another hole so we bought a separate faucet with the ability to run regular water and the RO water through a single faucet head. Other than that the installation was very easy to understand and only took us a few hours to fully install.

Overall I'll say it's a good system. Just wished it worked better on lower pressures our is 45psi so it take a little longer. The other setback is that it is a large unit and takes up space under the sink, but it is manageable.

The system is packed very well and arrived to at the doorstep completely intact. Installation was easy. It does what it says.

An explanation: Our house is on a 184 foot deep well. The water taste great!!! No more hauling bottled water around.

I would give it five stars but for the difficulty in tightening the filter case. We had a plumber install it.

Great tasting water. We are considering a whole house filtration system in the next few years since showering and breathing chlorine vapors cannot be healthy over a lifetime! Worth every penny!
