This a very useful system. I live in a suburban area where the water is very hard and tasting bad. So we have to go to Costco every week to buy huge pack of bottled water to brew tea, coffee or to make soup. Our fridge has filtered water but it doesn't work well, the fridge filtered water still taste bad and ruined all my great teas and coffees. So we finally decided to buy a reverse osmosis filter system. Firstly we contacted local contractors and they ask ~$500 including labor. Then people told me we can buy this system and DIY installation. So we purchased this iSpring system and it was a great decision. It cost much less, and the installation is not bad. I used the soap dispenser hole (I don't use the dispenser anyway) for the faucet so no need to drill on my granite countertop. The whole installation took me about 2~3 hours. I think the installation guide is pretty detail and clear, so please make sure you read it through before installation. Finally, the system works like a charm. Our TDS (total dissolved solid) reading dropped from 250 to 30. And theres no more bad taste. Now as we have a newborn at home, we even use the filtered water to final-rinse his bottled to make sure hes at good hygiene condition (One thing l learned from my Molecular Biology Lab courses :) ) We have this system for 7 months, and were happy. BTW, the service is good too. I contact iSpring for filter replacement tools. The service representative Nick was very helpful and shipped us an additional wrench the next day. Good product, good service. 5-star.

Good product. Easy installation, No leaks. Water tastes good. Ice maker attachment is easy to install. Faucet looks nice and durable. Cheap to replace cartridge. Includes a handy leakage alarm.

Great system! Easy to install, great tasting water. Huge tank but still fits nicely in the corner under the sink. Nice looking brushed nickel faucet that matches our kitchen faucet. Very happy.

Just installed it and the TDS meter reads 24 after three flushes - much better than the old unit. So far, pleased with it. Living in Orlando, Florida, I typically replace the entire unit after 2-3 years due to the horrible bleach water that comes from the tap. I suspect this unit may last longer and it came with extra parts and gaskets. This was definitely a plus.

If youre looking at this system you likely have low water pressure and or high demand. I have low water pressure as my well is on a 20-40psi pressure switch. Ive been using this system for a few months now and it does a fantastic job. It takes a good month to get rid of the "new filter/system" taste. Pressure is great, pump runs quiet, and it performs well. Id definitely recommend it. I made an installation guide that you can search for on YouTube.

Love the ro system. Thanks to the booster pump, it produces water faster than our previous system. Water tastes great too, I assume it was the alkaline filter that does the job.

I was pleasantly surprise with the quality of this RO System. Standard installation no real challenges there. One negative is that the system does not come with an air-gap for the faucet. If you need this for your installation then youll have to find a different faucet.
