I normally start a project like this secure in the knowledge that there is a trip the hardware store in my future, because there is always some minor part that I need to complete the job. To my shock and utter amazement, I was able to complete this install in two hours with no trips out. Not only did the kit have everything I needed to install the filter, it even had spares of the little parts I was likely to loose or break along the way. Furthermore, the instructions were actually clearly written, easy to follow, and accompanied by accurate pictures. The water tastes great too!

Works just awesome. The Zero Pressure faucet is nice, keep that initial burst of water from surprising you. Directions have not be updated for the faucet, but the included picture and diagram is in full color and fits the bill. Only improvement I would like is an outlet for the refrigerator and still be able to use the Zero Pressure faucet.... somehow I think that is conflicting requests though. If you are tasting salt, your water softener is not set up correctly.

Just Instaled few days. Was preety easy. Took me about half hour to hour. After installing tested the water and compared to bottle water. Surprised cause it was cleaner than bottle water. Overall great buy.

works better than advertised. ppm went from 150 to 3. hardest part of installation was dealing with old pipes.

Removed an older Culligan unit and replaced with this one. The filters are easy to reach and replace and the water pressure is much better. Very easy to install and maintain.

great product, but the installation instructions are complete garbage.The instructions I received referenced washers and lock washers that were not in the package, so it required a trip to the hardware store. Also, the instructions referenced an incorrect hole size for the sink. so after much cussing at inanimate objects, i have great tasting water. Prepare for the possibility of an installation headache if you buy this (which i still recommend).

Read what the other customers have written regarding the red, white, and blue tubing coming out of the faucet. Really ridiculous that the instructions don't mention all three. The first time I connected the blue tube of the faucet to the outlet of the filter. Water came shooting out of the red tube under the sink. I included a diagram from a youtube video that shows the proper way to connect it. The manufacturer could have put it in the instructions, but they didn't.

The unit seems well made. All the parts were included with the correct (typical) 3/8 water fitting. Installation was simple. The instructions were not the greatest but all I needed was the color picture included which showed where each of the three colored hoses went. Dont forget the little blue clips on the in and out of the filter! I plan to install a tee to filter the fridge water and ice in the next couple days.I had no leaks. The water run dark gray for ten seconds, foamy white for about 6-7 minutes then clear. During the foaming you could hear trapped air being purged out of the filter passages. I run the water for ten minutes total and continued to have tiny bubbles for 12hrs.Its been running for a couple days without issue. Our well water is now crystal clear while the taste remains exactly the same which is a good thing in my opinion. I cant say how effective it is in removing microbial or chemical issues but I plan to send samples off for analysis soon.
