The unit was promptly shipped. The instructions were easy to follow and the unit was easy to install. It produces very good water and has no leaks. There was a minor defect with one of the quick connect fittings and this was resolved promptly as soon as I e-mailed the company sales address. I would definitely recommend them.

We recently installed iSpring. The installation took a few hours by our handyman. It wasn't terribly difficult but we called Nick for advice and he was so helpful! It helps to already have the hole in the granite or quartz. We used the soap dispenser hole but we needed to use a washer because the hole was bigger than the spout. We really love the water quality and so far so good!

I spent a great deal of time researching water filtration systems and processes to land on reverse osmosis as the system for our family. I then did extensive research on which system and landed on the iSpring 5 stage. Dont pay someone $1200 to install a system that is equal or inferior to this one. Install is a breeze if you can run a wrench. Very pleased with the quality and performance thus far.I did purchase an add-on a couple of weeks after the initial install. Reverse osmosis is such a thorough process that it removes ALL minerals, including the good ones (calcium, magnesium). The alkaline filter add-on puts these minerals back into my water. I would highly recommend this.Great product. Fast shipping. Real customer service.

I was a little intimidated when i opened the box at the amounts of parts etc truth being most ended up being spare parts cause a good company knows that things don't always go perfectly. Installation was easy maybe took me 20 minutes and my Phoenix water is now drinkable. The faucet is beautiful as well. Everything has awesome pressure. I even Split the out line and ran to my fridge so the ice maker is using the ro water too. My only regret is not doing this sooner. No more hauling jugs to the store to fill for me :)

The quality of our water improved greatly after installing this water filter system. TDS count went down from 300+ to just 12ppm. Very impressed with what this does. Very glad we purchased this reverse osmosos system.

No problems thus far. A permeate pump, a pressure gauge, another set of filters after the storage tanks, check valves, additional holding tanks, a bypass valve to allow flushing of the filters, and 3/8 line upgrades were added. The first membrane feeds the waste water into another membrane to reduce the waste and improve efficiency. The clear housing was used in conjunction with a solid carbon block filter as well as color changing mixed DI resin. Nick with iSpring was communicative and responded promptly. The faucet, the connection points, the lines, and the tank work well and do not leak. The O rings for the filter housings can fall out so be sure they are in before screwing them onto your system. If joining more than one system, extra T connections and 1/4 lining will be needed. The 3/8 upgrade is not necessary unless your tank(s) or faucet is going to be over 10 feet away from your filter.

I being using the system for about 2 years and love it I live alone so I had not change the filters itself I keep testing with the like thermometer and stil filters wonderful LOVE IT
