I have used my iSpring 7 Stage filter for about 9 months had have had very little problems with it. I was very excited that it comes pretty much assembled. It took very little time to install on a pre-existing filtration set up.Mine does leak, but only when I by-pass my filter to water my lawn, then switch it back. The puddle it makes is not concerning and dries up quickly. I have my RO system hanging over a shelf and it never rolls off the shelf.Even though the RO system is in the basement below my refrigerator, it has just enough pressure to get the water out in the optimal flow rate range. I did empty the tank and fill it with more air, and remove my fridge filter and replace it with a manufacturer plug, other wise it was taking about 10+ seconds to fill a cup of water on a full tank. In the future I may buy a bigger holding tank, but for now its fine.Another troubleshooting issue I came across while setting up was that the tubing really need to be jammed into the connectors to make a good seal. The first time I let water into the RO system I was leaking pretty bad. Fixed it pretty quickly. The biggest pro is that I dont wait in lines at the grocery store, nor have to hull jugs of water in an out of my house weekly. If you can afford the convenience, definitely do it!

We had an old RO system with the house we bought and wanted to upgrade to a better system that included the alkaline feature. This one is perfect, arrived in 2 days, and includes a modern faucet. The customer service is excellent, and we are very happy with our purchase

I have been using the iSpring 7 stage filter system at home, and also helped setup another one for a high traffic organizations. They have both worked well so far, with over two years of run time. The setup was not too difficult, but given you need to drill into the water drain, and do a lot of work crawling under the sink, it took more than an hour. There were some tutorial videos on the internet, and they really helped. Not all parts are exactly the same (I think iSpring updates their system from time to time), so use your judgement. Also prepare a lot of towels. Learning how to properly use the plastic pipe locks too a while. (Insert the tube fully, until you feel a "click", and then pull back, and place the clamp after that). Also youll need a 1/2" drill bit for the faucet. There was an issue with the UV filter. It turns out some municipal water compositions produce ozone when subject to UV light. It is not harmful, and goes by itself, however it makes the taste unpleasant if you dont let the water sit. iSprings solution was to move the UV stage before the storage tank, so that water would sit to get the taste back. (Their other offer was to replace it). It worked in that configuration, we no longer have the taste issue.I would also suggest getting additional tubing, some valves, and tee connectors to setup flexible valve to fill larger containers (not everything will fit in your sink. And you might also adapt this to connect to your refrigerator, or even an aquarium, as long as youre careful with the tubing, and check for leaks from time to time. I also added two water pressure meters, one for the input, and one for the output of the system. Basically the output meters gives you an idea on how much water is left in the tank.On another note, you might need to change filters often if your water supply is not very clean, or use the system at high capacity. It can do 75 gallons per day in theory, but that will require you to change filters in less than 6 months. My other systems filters lasted 9 months with light use though.Overall, we have been very satisfied with these system, and they have served us well.

Once I finally got this set up, it worked/works great! This system is designed to be an under-sink unit, which is not what I needed, so I went a bit rogue on this--I needed an RO system to do two water taps and an ice-maker. The only place that made sense to place it was in the utility room where the rest of the water conditioning units were located...but the directions say that it will handle a total rise and length of only a few feet without suffering low water pressure. Ugh! I was also concerned about the tank capacity. What was I going to do?So....I upgraded the intake to 3/8" John Guest, and fed the whole thing from 3/4" PEX right off the main line between the iron filter and the softener. (Im on well) I set the whole system up basically per directions, but mounted to a wall. I then added a secondary demand pump off of the outlet (to increase flow rate), and a second tank in line off of that for water run capacity and to mitigate the vibration of the pump. I ran 3/8" JG tube to my kitchen and 90-degree linked off of it to kids bathroom and installed the included faucet. Longest run off the back side was something like 25 feet. It then necked down to 1/4" JG right a the taps. I followed the directions for initial setup, drained the tanks, and went from there. So how did my water pressure turn out? Was this going to be a four-hundred fifty dollar failure (all the extras, mind you) ??WORKED GREAT. Solid water pressure. Even without my booster pump running, so thats a hundred bucks Ill never see back, but it works. Happy wife, happy kids, great success! 75GPD is more than Ill ever use, but i have the tank capacity to never run out of drinking and cooking water. Pleased.

Unit was easy to install and water tastes great. No leaks, just make sure all tubing is inserted all the way into connectors and clips attached. Customer service was excellent. Video for install on YouTube was easy to follow as were provided printed instructions. The RCC7AK-UV (ultraviolet light used in final water delivery stage to kill bacteria) should be essential to anyone using well water.

Ive got to say, I am really impressed with this filtration system. The taste of our water before was very chlorinated, and this system eliminated that taste completely. I also purchased the Icemaker Add on to the refrigerator, and the Ice and cold water it produces are wonderful. Setup was also pretty easy; my only complaint with the setup is with the drain. I really wish there was a way to use it without the need for hooking it up to a drain, like a recirculator of some kind. Also the size took up most of the space under the kitchen sink. But we were able to relocate the few items we couldnt fit and all is good. For the price, and what it is designed to do, I couldnt have asked for anything better. 5 stars.
