Received an installed first week of January to replace a Berkey water filter. Install time from opening box to completion about two hours. The spigot is attractive and matches our brushed stainless sink well. TDS testing shows reduction of 240 to 12. I assume flouride reduction is as stated which is what my wife is most concerned about. Water taste is excellent and brews an exceptional cup of coffee. We have even reduced the amount of grounds used since it is brewing a stronger cup, but less bitter. I assume it will be durable, but time will tell. As for now very satisfied with the result.

Easy install.. installed in my basement under the kitchen sink area. Also purchased the ice maker kit. Came with extra tubing.

Great system and customer service. The only knock is the documentation. I did have a little extra work because of additional bracing installed to brace and support the sink under granite. Had to install a couple 1 x 3s. Other than that, the installation took 20 minutes. At first, the water was full of air bubbles - but after bleeding a couple of gallons of water - all was well. Water tastes great - very pleas

Easy to install but for my sink I needed a wash as the hole for the faucet, soap dispenser or hot water outlet is a smidgen bigger. Water tastes great! We have a whole house filter but this really makes the drinking water that much better!

We are very happy with both the water quality and the ease of installation for this system. For the results, it really is pretty hassle-free. We have tried other filters and this is the best by far. Its a huge savings over bottled water, and much cleaner tasting. The price is also very fair, especially compared to others on the market. We recommend this to all.

Relatively easy to install with clear instructions. Have used the system for 6+ months now. Works very well - we never run out of water. Fits under the sink with no issues. No leaks.

I had this system installed one month ago today and used the HM digital system to measure the TDS at .11. I measured today at .16. Very good! My tap water has measured at . 256. Not good.
