Excellent! Ive been using this filter for about 7 months now and love it. The water tastes great. The best part is that there is mineral build up on your appliances (coffee makers, iron, etc.). I was constantly demineralizing, appliances with expensive powders and basically had to replace the iron every year if I didnt want white chalky stuff spitting out on my clothes. I have a small space under the sink and the system for fine, although I had to move my garbage can, other stuff, like cleaning supplies, dish soap, still fits around the system. Customer service is exceptional. Make sure you register and the company follows up with you on regular basis. Highly recommend.

Bought this to replace a very old and increasingly unreliable unit in my home that was installed before I lived here. Couldnt have been more pleased with the easier of installation, the quality of the unit, and the taste of my water. This is a very well thought out RO device, and at a bargain price for the quality.

Just finished installing it myself. Success on the first try. No leaks! It took me two days but Im 67 yrs old. I read the directions a couple of times and I watched lots of videos on You Tube. I Drilled the hole in the granite counter- top. Pulled out the dishwasher and ran the tubing from the refrigerator kit behind the cabinetry. Now I not only have R/O water at the sink It also goes to my fridge and ice maker. Luxury I never dreamed of!

Good price, good quality, thank you NICK for the follow-up email. Most important, the water is tasty and I feel confident drinking it. Was able to install it by watching the youtube video. Took my time installing because plumbing and I dont always see eye to eye. Took just under 3 hours, again I was moving at a snails pace. I do have a couple comments about the youtube video. 1) At one place the video cut short on explaining where one tube goes. I was able to figure it out by downloading the instructions and looking at a picture. 2) I had a hard time getting the tube inserted all the way into the 1/4in; hole I had to drill in the drain pipe by following the instructions. Could only do it by inserting the tube before tightening the drain saddle. 3) Nothing was said about installing the actual faucet. It made me nervous but I figured it out. Those were minor things. Overall very satisfied.

First of all, I was able to install it myself. There was already a hole in my sink so that saved the step of drilling one. For installation, I would suggest you use the youtube video rather than the written instructions. You can mount it or just sit it on the floor in the back under the sink (as I have pictured). We have had the unit for about two months and have no complaints. I am happy with the taste. My wife wanted and is happy with the brushed nickel finish on the faucet.

I highly recommend this iSpring R/O system. It produces delicious tasting water and helps to save a lot of money over bottled water. Ive tested the water quality with TDS meter and pH meter and results are pleasant. TDS level = 38 PPM (Great) pH level = Between 7.5 and 8.0 (Good) Also I read hundreds of reviews before purchasing and I am very satisfied with this system. Easy to install within an hour with the assistance of YouTube video. Thanks Nick for the feedback follow-up.

Not too hard to install. Resulting water tasted great. I tested the water PH (9+) and PPM (under 30PPM) and both were in acceptable ranges. With the built in pump, the water pressure was enough to supply the refrigerator ice/water maker across the kitchen area. We also didnt ran out of water as quick. I like the see through filter so that I will know when it gets too dirty.Some thoughts to consider:* Item was bigger than expected so I had to re-arrange things underneath my kitchen sink to fit the new system (my older one was smaller).* This has an active (not passive) pump so you will need an available power outlet to plug it into.* The main filters are to be changed every 6 months (recommended). My old system recommended was 1 year.* The instruction manual was a generic iSpring one and not exactly for this particular model. You will have to figure some things out.

I love this system. easy to install and no leakage, just had to follow along with the instructions and the video. the water tasted great, TDS cut down to 5 from 125. over 90% substance filtered.
