Worked great right out of the box. Ive been wanting one for awhile to test my whir25 r/o water system. 1st I tested my gallon of walmart distilled water: 001, 2nd I tested my r/o: 009 (glad to see that) and 3rd I checked my tap water: 191 (not to horrible but not good). This iSpring TDS3 works well and I highly recommend it. My main future use is to check my r/o for filter change, although I do intend to check a few restaurants water with it. I also checked my colloidal silver I made following instructions for what is suppose to produce about 010 ppm, mine tested 009 using the walmart distilled water. I know this may be a crude measurement for silver ppm since the silver is suspended and not actually dissolved in the water, but for an inexpensive check it works great for me.

Life saver. If leak, push tube in more. Water tastes like bottle water! Very nice looking on counter top.

Wow...Ive been taking this thing everywhere and its an eye opener! Many places claim to have "filtered" water but the numbers are crazy! 276 on the water from the hospital water and ice machine! Our new reverse osmosis filter is giving us readings of around 35. And thats with some minerals added back in. I didnt realize how much I would be using this little device!

Accurate reading every time!! I love it. Now I know water I drink everyday is safe to drink. I have reverse osmosis system for 3 years now and I never felt that water was clean to drink until I tested with ispring TDS3. it reads 40 from reverse osmosis system, 71 from Deer Park water and 102 from our well water. It was all in range of what Chart said. I am really happy with the purchase!
