The unit arrived quickly and the install went quickly. The install directions couldnt be easier with all color coded tubes. After flushing the carbon filters, our drinking and cooking water is delicious. To save on buying bottled water, I subsequently bought various colored 25 oz. water bottles for our family to replenish with RO water and store in the fridge. Finally, Josh at iSpring followed up and ensured we are enjoying our new RO system. Thumbs Up!!

Installation is pretty straight forward. You can watch a U Tube Video that answers most of the questions you might have and being a video it is easier to understand than written directions. Seems like a quality unit. Ice cubes look clearer and coffee tastes better. I am very happy with this water filter and Nick at iSpring.

This filter is great, Im very impressed. It took chlorine tasting water and made it delicious. It was also quite easy to install. I also ended up buying the Alkaline and mineral replacement filter to add onto it, which was also easy to install after the fact. Nick from ispring was also very helpful with following up to see how I liked the product... 2 months later and our water is still delicious.

The water tastes great! The system was very easy to install and fits nicely with the rest of our sink fixtures. It's so convenient to get filtered water now more carafes taking up counter and refrigerator space! Thanks iSpring!

Good/reasonable RO system. Bought and intalled by myself after research. I heard only RO system can filter lime water. Provided manual is a bit tricky and would recommend to refer YouTube vidoes. Much better to understand and get insights before self-installation. To avoid leaking, need to confirm manual/Youtube videos together in my case.

Loving our reverse osmosis filter so far. Installation took about 4 hours but that included ripping out some old hardware under the sink that was in the way. No leaks at all since I installed it about a week ago. Customer service seems good so far too. Nick reached out soon after I received my unit to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

System came well packaged and has excellent documentation for installation. There is a noticeable quality difference in the filtered water. The filter will pay for itself over time with no longer buying bottled water. Great customer care support from Josh with follow up after my purchase.
