While I am sure we could have done it, we had a professional install it. I seriously bring a bottle of water everywhere I go because I don't want to be stuck drinking some inferior bottled water! My sister bought one after trying mine and she loves hers too.

We have used the filter for 2 days now, but there is still some air bubbles, which make the water not clear. Called the customer service and did the flush as instructed. The air bubbles are gone. Feels good that they have a supportive CS team right in the United States- not some offshore places!

Water tastes great and love the convenience of having the faucet right by the sink. It was very easy to intall it by myself.

The included faucet is satisfactory and works better than I thought it would. The directions are really excellent too, which helps.
