I purchased the replacement filter pack for this system. Everything fit and installation was easy. Its nice to have 5 years worth of replacement filters in inventory.

The installation is straightforward if you follow the recommended YouTube video as the manual can be confusing. Initially, I was a bit wary because another reviewer mentioned that the pump was loud. It is not. You really have to strain to hear anything when its running. All in all Im very pleased. PS - I docked a star because the delivery was two days late not for any fault of the device.

I purchased the iSpring 5 stage water system about 2 years ago. I really 100 percent love it. It is actually much better that the $2,000.00 rainsoft water system that I bought in the past. iSpring system is just under $200.00, it works much better than the most expensive ones because the filter last much longer and it is also much easier to install and super easy to operate. I felt so terribly bad for spending over 2 grand for the rubbish rainsoft system, I wish I had known of iSpring way before I knew of rainsoft. I am super amaze about iSpring working so well, if it sells for a lot more, it will still be very worth it. I am super satisfied with iSpring. I strongly encourage everyone to try it.

We are very pleased with this R.O. system! We installed it over 4 years ago, and have done several filter changes, all with very little difficulty. Ordering the new filters has been a snap, with a substantial savings buying them in bulk (3 year supply), precalculated for the different filter change frequencies (some are 6 months, some are a year, etc.).The system has a much higher recharge rate than our previous system, so we dont find ourselves "waiting" for it to catch up.

Wow, what a great system, I HAD an Ionics system which had many, many problems. This i spring system is compact and well put together and the filters wont cost you an arm and leg. I am extremely satisfied with this system and the quality it represents.

Im loving this system! Best tasting water weve had since moving in to our house. Very easy to install and great customer service should if you happen to have any questions during the install. I spoke with Nick via telephone and email and he was always quick to respond. Weve only been using the system for about a week so I cant comment on its durability but so far so good!
