Product has been wonderful. The water tastes crisp and clean. My wife calls me the water snob because I am so particular of my water and the way it tastes. Absolutely thrilled with my purchase. I am writing this review after having the product for 1.5 years. I just had an issue with the tank, which after having called customer service they resolved without any problem. I usually dread calling in to customer service for companies as the frequently give you the 3rd degree and make you feel like less than a person. I reached Nick in customer service who resolved my problem even though it had been more than the 12 month warranty. Thats customer service. So happy I went with iSpring!

This is a great system. Install was easy to follow. Other companies wanted 5 times the price for a reverse osmosis system. This one works just as great if not better. Now the water from our system taste just like bottled water.

The water this thing produces seems extremely pure, the kettle no longer fills with limescale. Apparently you can fit the filter yourself but considering its under mains pressure all day, everyday and should it spring a leak it would flow out continuously I figured I should have a professional fit it.

Bad water in - great water out. We live in Arizona and drink lots of water. Had to buy bottled water because the city water has a bad taste. Now we get bottled water quality right from the sink.

I have had this RO filter for around four years now and we had been enjoying it without any problems except replacing the filters until last week. There was a minor leak at the connection of one of the tubes that joins the canister holders. I contacted iSpring customer service and they rushed me a replacement completely free! I took off one star for the leak. I have bought over thousands of things online and never had experienced customer service at this level. This is why I always go for reputable brands so that I knwo I wont be left high and dry when I run into problems like this. Other than that, its a really good system. Good pressure, quiet, fairly easy to installed and replace the filters. In all, we like it.
