WAY faster output than the old system installed when we moved into our house. Installation was simple and straightforward, though the system was a tight fit under our sink. However, I contacted customer support, and they said it can be installed flat (i.e. horizontally), which would be easier in many cases. The pump is very quiet, only a gentle hum.

Researched a replacement a GE system that was 10 years old and decided on going with an iSpring unit with a pump. The GE system didnt have a pump and wouldnt produce the volume that the iSpring does and the iSpring is more efficient (less water waste). My city water measures at about 250-270 PPM, the iSpring brought that down to 15-20 PPM. System is easy to install, water tastes fantastic, and the spigot looks great, as well. The customer service and support from iSpring also validated that I had made the right purchase...they have emailed and even called to ensure the install went well and that I was satisfied with my system and its performance. Couldnt be happier with the system and the company.

In service for 2-person households culinary and ice-maker water since August 2012 without any problems. Originally reduced well water from 450 ppm TDS to 25 ppm . Still using the original RO membrane after routine annual changes of other filters, the filtered water tests 30 -35 ppm TDS. Completely satisfied.

Very easy to install and dropped tds from 413 to 23. Nick from iSpring is a phone call or email away if there is any problem. I hooked mine directly to the refrigerator so I have clean ice and cold water on tap. With a few small parts from the hardware store and a little plumbing it was connected and working fine. Just make sure you push the tubing completely into the fittings and there will be no leaks!

I wish I would have bought this earlier, nice instructional videos and hard copy manual. The metal frame is so much better than the other plastic ones weve had before.

I ordered this water filter system after reading thoroughly the reviews of several other systems. I chose this one because of the positive feedback, the minimal waste water it uses and that you can add Alkaline and UV filters in the future. The install went very well and the system works great. They included a mounting device to keep the faucet under the sink on the side wall in front of the filters. We rent and I cant drill through the granite counter top. The iSpring customer service seems to be responsive as well. Good purchase. Ive included a short video of the unit installed.

On 17 Aug 2016 I installed the unit in the utility room which meant that I had a 60ft run for the tubing to the sink. I also had to tap into a waterline as there was no other supply in the utility room. The unit works great: The TDS dropped from 1020ppm to 34ppm.I am happy with the unit.

I cant help but feel sorry for everyone I see walking into the store carrying those empty 5 gallon water-cooler jugs to refill! The system pays for itself in 6 months or less! No hauling water jugs, no mountains of water bottle waste, just highest purity you can get in a convenient package.Make sure you buy a TDS meter for $10, you will be amazed how much gunk this thing rejects from your tap water!Flawless, once set up properly, I have been using 2 of these for years without a single issue. Only wish the water flow rate was much higher but this is just the limitation of the size of the equipment. iSpring makes a commercial unit that is more expensive but I am seriously considering it!
