Tastes better than bottled water! Relatively easy install if your somewhat handy. The videos are pretty clear as far as installation instructions go. We did have an issue with the tank for the first few weeks. It was a sort of rubber, medicinal, bandaid kind of smell and taste. The TDS reading was well under 10 but the taste was off so I figured it had to do with the inner tank bladder. After a few emails back and fourth they sent a new tank free of charge and a couple filters for our trouble.

This is a great system - was not too complicated to install given the wealth of information available on the YouTube videos and the installation manuals. Also, the companys customer service is prompt, and we appreciate Nicks help specifically! After it was installed, the water was a little cloudy at first but then it cleared, resulting in clean, fresh-tasting water. This is essential for our family and saves us so much money since we used to buy packs of water bottles!

Super simple and easy to install and works well. Form function is good and everything seemed pretty good. Plenty of parts, plenty of hose and tubing, the faucet alone is very nice. The packaging was done very well and the parts seemed like good quality. I work in the power industry and have quite a bit of water processing experience. I was impressed if that says much.
