This water filtration system is great! It was super easy to install. It only took me about 1.5 hours to do it, and Im not incredibly skilled with these types of tasks. The water tastes great. The company is very responsive if you ever do have any issue, they helped me to troubleshoot it when I first connected everything and determined that I just needed to empty the tank once to get through the initial water. Definitely worth your time to have great tasting water.

I was a little worried that the Ultraviolet light would be on 24/7 like old $400 water system, but this came with a control that only turns on when in-use. I love this system. I have only one complain that instruction is hard to follow. Luckily I have installed 4 times before so I could guess what needed to go where.

Impeccable taste. Easy install. Thrilled so far.We have a small island on Lake Vermilion in northern MN. For years we have been voting countless jugs of drinking water across the lake. Finally we decided to give this unit a try. Also bought a TDS tester although we are more concerned with guardia up here.Our water is pumped from lake to dual sediment filters then throughout cabin. We installed unit underneath sink. Fit nice and compact. More compact than we suspected. TDS reading after emptying 3rd tank was 11 down from 63. With 200 being potentially dangerous as we understand it.Unit completely removed the heavy brown/iron stain from water, made it crystal clear, and the taste is impeccable. Better than distilled or any other spring water by FAR.We are SO glad we got this and have already saved money and tons of work hauling lesser tasting "drinking" water back and forth.Thank You iSpring

Installed this system a couple of weeks ago and love it. I did not follow the install instructions for under the sink. I put this in my basement and ran a copper line through the floor to my kitchen sink. The whole unit is on the wall in the utility room making it very easy to change filters as needed. As for the water, I am on a city water system but the taste is a major improvement. I have it teed into my water line for the ice maker and water dispenser and the ice cubes are almost 100% clear now. This system may be a little overkill for a city water system but after having it for a couple of weeks I am not sure I would use anything less. Great system for 280 bucks.

Damaged items received. UV light broken, 1 housing had a crack and some fittings were missing. Was it brand new? They sent replacement. Let see what happens.

After getting moving into our new home, we decided that it would be better for us and the environment to purchase a reverse osmosis system. We did our due diligence, and the inspiring system came out on top, delivering an excellent product at a great price. After purchasing the system, it stayed on a shelf for a while, until we finally decided to install it. The system was very easy to put in, and as we have wooden counter tops, the hole for the faucet was easy. We were a little concerned by the faucet, as it seemed to wobble a little, but it worked with absolutely no problems for over a year. Recently, it started dripping, so I thought that I would let the company know, as I love the product, but was a little disappointed that the faucet was dripping. Without hesitation, the customer service rep James got back to me, and offered to replace it. I want to make it clear that I didnt ask for the part to be replaced, THEY offered. I dont normally submit reviews, but I think that just for their customer service alone, they deserve a stellar review, and that is without the excellent system they sell. Trust me, I looked everywhere for a great system. I wont ever go to another company for this product. Bravo.

I researched RO systems for days and decided on this iSpring unit and could not be happier. I mounted the unit remotely in the basement so as to save room under the sink. The installation instructions were very easy to follow. It is so nice now not having to purchase gallons of purified bottled water each week. I also received an email from Nick @ the iSpring company to see how the system was working. It is not very often now a days to get a company concerned about there product. I highly recommend iSpring water purifiers. Thanks for a Great product.
