Install was easy with good directions, working well so far with good tasting water and TDS testing at 15 recently. It was easy to install, and the water tastes so clean and crisp.

The last RO filter I had was years earlier, and it was so complicated I had to have outside help to both install it and change the filters when necessary. This one was so much easier to set up.

The water flows quickly and the tank seems to be always full. One tip I'd like to add, is to make sure the filters are tightened very well.

Great system. My only issue is the new plastic wrench which came with the system it is more difficult to tighten up the housing of the filters, the round plastic wrench in previous systems worked a lot better.

The system works very well, the taste is great and you really feel the difference when you are drinking the water. It's hard for me to see, however, how anyone who can read would have trouble following the instructions provided with the product.

I had a friend over from Michigan and she had a glass of my water and spit it out explaining there is something terribly wrong with your water. So I got this ro system and had it installed. I don't think she's gonna say the same next time she drinks my water!

When ordering online, I was not given a choice of what color faucet I wanted. Called the company and they agreed to replace the original brushed nickel one with antique wine finish, which matches my bar sink faucet. Very impressed with their generosity.

I like the extra stages of filtration(5 as opposed to 3 and the fact that the filters are replaced annually instead of semi-annually. This system uses push lock connections.
