My DH just installed it yesterday! It took him less then 2 hours. I am excited that we will be drinking healthier, cleaner water!!! Thanks for all the other reviews, because we ordered this system based on the reviews!

I bought this after seeing a naturopath who emphasized the importance of clean drinking water. I just saw last night a report about chromium 6 in our water supply which reinforces my decision. I had used a brita pitcher before but looking at their website and some independent reviews, it's clear those do almost nothing and actually make some things worse like aluminum. The naturopath wanted me to drink distilled water which is what he does, but I have concerns about that. I thought this was a better option with the alkaline filter option. Installation was relatively easy, I just had to buy a drill bit and I was able to call them a few times with specific questions to make me feel more comfortable and their support was great. I even sent them a couple pictures on my pipes and water supply to make sure. I thought their support was great. I tested my water and my ppm dropped from around 220 to 17. The water tastes good as well as is more convenient than buying bottled water and honestly, I don't know whether to believe the bottled water's claims either. I'm happy with my purchase. I've been using it for a month and all seems well. The ppm actually went down from about 21 to 17 after a few weeks.

The best filter system for healthy water! My wife had a kidney transplant 3 years ago and has to stay hydrated every day. Our tap water doesn't taste great and studies show there are nanoplastics in bottled water. So I went with the six stage system to add the minerals back in and it is excellent tasting water. It is paying for itself with the savings of not buying bottled water anymore. I mounted the system in the basement and now I have ro water to the fridge icemaker plus ro faucet at kitchen sink!

We purchased this 6-stage RO system several years ago, and have been extremely pleased by its performance. Our water tastes clean and clear, having removed typical toxins, chemicals, additives, and radiation. The difference from typical city water is outstanding. The unit took me about 20 minutes to install after reading directions and calling them for technical assistance to confirm my setup. I later added a demand pump and a T splitter and installed a 30 foot line around the kitchen to our refrigerator for cold water options. It has been very easy to reach the company about any questions. I recently received help regarding a replacement filter set with Michele. All my interactions with customer service have been simple and satisfactory. I highly recommend this company and their products.

Guaranteed to Leak!!!I have had two push fitting internals on ISpring components fail, and had to replace the components at very high cost. The diagram provided with the purchase is wrong. You best make up your own tape lettered labels on every single connection.A bear to tear down and replace filters. Have to deinstall and work on the counter.Best of luck.

We purchased our RO system 2 years ago from iSpring. The installation was straightforward and the quality of the components is impressive. We installed a second faucet elsewhere in the kitchen during some remodeling. The water always has a distinctly great taste and even our visitors comment about it. What compelled me to write this review is the amazing 5 star customer service I encountered when calling Customer Service, looking for repair kits for both faucets which had begun to leak, presumably due to our heavy use. I spoke with Shawn, who to my surprise, told me the faucets had a three year warranty and he insisted on simply sending me two new ones without issue at all. I am very happy to have found a company that not only delivers an excellent product but also delivers top shelf customer service. Thank you iSpring!

GOLLLLLYYYYY! I'm going to keep it short and not so sweet (like me):This company is doing the LORD'S WORK. I promise if there were demons in your water this filter would figure it out. Possessed? No problem, drink a glass. The only thing this filter can't do is stop crooked politicians and business from junking up your water in the first place.

This was worth every penny and the replacement filters are far less expensive than other types of under sink water filters that are made in China. First thing that made me buy this is that it is made entirely in America. The support at iSpring is spectacular, I was helped by Sean as I had a unique issue getting this hooked up to my refrigerator and the solution was fast and effective. If you have a modicum of mechanical acumen you should be able to install this all by yourself. The company has a support site with excellent how to videos and if you run into any issues they will help you solve it quickly. I was paying $100 a month for clean water to be delivered and now after $400 to include a years worth of replacement filters and an on demand pump, I have better water than what was delivered. And I don't have to lug around heavy bottles of water from dubious sources. I highly recommend and I my next project is buying and installing the iSpring water softener system.
