One note is that I am on a well and found that even though my pump was set from 40-60 psi. The system works fine. When I bought it, I also bought a digital water quality tester. TDS readings are 8-14.

Examine fittings frequently with flash light. Water and ice taste great. Love the system that's nicely made.

This system was very easy to install and came with parts for a few different size water supply connections. I. T d the line to my fridge and the water quality is excellent and. I have crystal clear ice cubes.

This is an excellent and affordable alternative to the more expensive RO systems. The online tutorial on installation was very helpful, and the upgrades (like the water detection alarm and newer high quality faucet) make this system the one to choose. My husband installed it (in about 2 hours-he has installed 2 in other houses before), and we couldnt be more happy with the taste of the water! In our opinions, its the best water weve ever tasted! (We had been using bottled water before and still had some Poland Spring left-when doing a taste test comparison, the iSpring RO water tasted cleaner.) Also, a representative from the company reached out to us after we bought it asking if we had any questions and thanking us for our purchase; good customer service another BIG plus!

When first installed the TDS meter registered 1PPM and a year later the reading was still a low 7PPM. I have called them a couple of times (once to help with installation instructions - I am NOT terribly handy) and they were able to walk me through the steps very knowledgeably. Solid product and excellent customer service!
