Very pleased with this unit. Delivery was quick and it came in one box. VERY well packaged, everything labeled/color coded and the instructions where easy to follow (Im a handyman but someone who isnt might be a bit challenged). The most difficult part was drilling a hole in my stainless sink but one can go to youtube for help with that.Everything appears high quality and goes together easily. Im glad that I went with the pump model as we have a well where the pressure vacillates. The pump runs quietly and not often. We use 2-3 gallons /day and the quality is as good or better than the commercial R.O. water we had been buying...and no more 40 lb bottles to mess with!

This reverse osmosis system works great. I have had other systems before and this system is very easy to install and maintain. I had it now for over a year and the replacement filters were easy change out. Great product and excellent customer service at iSpring.

This is the first RO system I have ever purchased and so far I love it. The TDS measures far less than bottled water. Installation intimidated me at first because I have a enamel coted sink but I bought a Milwaukee diamond bit to drill the hole for the faucet and had no trouble at all. I first used the diamond bit to get through the enamel; then switched to a colbalt bit to finish the job.The only other minor hitch was the ice maker connection but after an adjustment to the ice maker timer everything was working fine. I have also removed the internal filter from the fridge because as it turns out the internal filter was actually contaminating the water according to the TDS meter.We actually have pretty good city water with a TDS of approx. 200-300 ppm. But the chlorine level makes it taste a bit off.In conclusion I would highly recommend this RO system. Installation takes about 2 hours and the water and ice taste great.

This system works great. Replacing a 15yr old unit it delivers more water faster with the pump. Easy to install, great directions. Nice little extras like 2 wrenches included as well as a leak alarm. Great value.

Instructions were clear and I installed it in one evening, the spare parts bag is a lifesaver as those little clips are easy to lose. The entire setup is quite simple and the colored water lines make things even easier. Only one leak and it was fixed in 5 minutes due to the included installation tips. Fast response from customer services Nick when I emailed them to get my free filters. The taste is great and I cant wait to make beer with it !!!

We have a sulphur water well and struggle with water that is drinkable. Since we have put in this system the kids and us are drinking more water as the water no longer tastes and smells like rotten eggs.
