After about 4 months of usage, I can report that we have no issues. Water tastes great, and the company helped us initially while setting up. Our faucet was faulty and they responded back on a weekend and shipped us a new one. Highly recommend.Installation was easy, and everything was provided including plumbing tape.

I love this filtration system , I was a little apprehensive on buying it based on some of the negative reviews . Great price , great product , easy to assemble . Only part I can complain about is the directions , but I just put on a YouTube video and that answered everything I was confused about . Would I recommend this product , absolutely . Would I buy this product again if I needed to, absolutely .

Product solved my bad drinking water problems and customer service was very helpful and answered all my questions until my system was running perfectly. Some helpful advise, I marked my tubing at 1/2" with electrical tape so I knew it was inserted deep enough into the fitting so it would not leak.

I had this unit installed during my kitchen remodel. I cut the concrete and ran a line to the new fridge for the ice maker/ water in door. Its a great unit. We havent bought a bottle of water since + the ice is clear now. The faucet is great for getting clean water to cook with.The unit is fairly large. We had to have our carpenter design a good place to hang the unit and tank.

Excellent quality, easy installation! This is a well thought out design using quick disconnect fittings to minimize leaks. The faucet is nice looking and also installs easily. The toughest part of the job for me was drilling a hole in a granite counter top. But if you dont have granite, no problem. They also include a bracket for alternate faucet mounting. I bought the refrigerator hook up kit also for ice and water dispenser. Have not yet installed it but it uses the same type of connect fittings. Customer service (Josh) also makes contact to make sure everything is as expected and let you know they are available to help if needed.

Works great. No leaks. Much cheaper than a bottled water service and less effort than filling pitchers. Very minimal maintenance system. Change the filters up to two times a year and that's it. Replacement filters are only around $40 a year. That's about the cost of one refrigerator filter, that has a marginal effectiveness, and has a lifespan of 6 months.

Setup is super simple relative to the product (obviously youve got to do a little plumbing and mounting but Im not counting that against the product) quick snap connectors have no leak issues. Water took my tap from 350 to 30tds. Taste great, no issue with leaks.

The water tastes great now.. better than before. Im a 53 yr old woman and I installed this by myself in about an hour and a half. I had one little leak which was fixed by reinserting the line. My water was already good at 55ppm but now its down to 15. I also got the fridge adaptor and ran that a couple days later. Before installing I called and left a message at iSpring with no call back. And I had someone else on my account on their website which took a couple days and it finally got fixed.. I wrote them and asked them to call me because I had some questions on how to hook up my existing fridge line but they didnt call back. I did get an email asking me to send them pictures.. but then we would have been just back and forth. Im not really impressed with their customer service but I do like the product. Hopefully I wont have to use them very much.
