I have had this system for a couple of years now and absolutely love it! The water tastes great and clean! Not only is the product great but the customer service is also amazing. Michelle especially as she was very patient and understanding and personable. Will never switch my system out from this company

We installed our RRC7AK last year and replaced filter yesterday. It was super easy to installation. Love it so much. Our kitchen water TPM 325 to 9 which is amazing. Even my friends tested. Water is so soft no weird taste you know. We all love it 2 of them purchased too. One of them in house hunt so when they get house they will get it for sure!

ispring is a wonderful company, they have good and reliable products. we are using this system for 5 years now and didnt have any issue till now.when one filter-housing got cracked after 5 years, we contacted customer-service and Mr. Don Huie was extremely helpful in resolving the issue.We are grateful and really happy with the system!

I had the system installed by a plumber about 6 months ago because i didn’t trust myself to do it. It seemed like a simple installation for him and it’s been working great. I tried changing the filters myself after 6 months and failed miserably (I am the issue not the system). I spoke with customer service both by phone and email and they were super helpful and able to send me some new parts that i needed after making some mistakes. They really went above and beyond to help me. I will probably need someone else to do the next filter change for me next time but i really am appreciative to the customer service. My 5 star rating is specifically for customer services willingness to help.

Broken pieces on receiving. Emailed service - no reply. ?Not sure where these reviews are coming from as this was not my experience.

I'd tell iSpring they have done great! As a lecturer I will send you this example now when the students ask why they should follow the directions! I am thankful for my clean water, not having to pay ten cents for a gallon of distilled water, and not polluting the world in more waste. I am grateful for the clean water.
