When we bought this system, our TDS was about 350. I just tested it today (about 7 months later) and its still down about 14 TDS. By contrast, the filter we put on our fridge only took the TDS down to about 225. The water tastes great and now we dont have all the corrosion and hard water stains in the kitchen. I was a little concerned about it fitting under our sink. Its a bit tight with the garbage disposal, but it fits great! And shipping was super fast (thanks, Nick!) My only reason for giving it a 4 is that we hired a plumber, and it took him 2 hours to install it. However, my son-in-law installed his own without a problem.

Water quality is subjectively good. It tastes better than it does coming out of the tap, even though we live near lake Michigan. I feel better knowing the contaminants are out of the water to a higher level of purity. My wife and two kids drink this water regularly (we dont drink any soda/pop) and we havent had an issue with availability or pressure 2 months into use. Installation was simple and straightforward. However, to maximize space, we installed this downstairs in the basement and mounted the components to the 2nd floor support beams. For this kind of installation, I have a couple of comments to make. 1. The hoses are too short. Literally, I was able to use only one of the hoses supplied with the kit. I had to buy two 25-ft clear hoses from home depot for the rest. I dont expect the manufacturer to include 50-foot lengths of hose with every kit, so this is more of an annoyance of mine than a problem with the kit itself. 2. The mounting bracket for the pressure tank is small and flimsy. Under the weight of the tank and however many gallons it holds, it doesnt feel secure. Feels like something that would eventually become brittle and break if moved, which if Im not home would possibly result in flooding of my basement. I really wish they would have provided a sturdier bracket for mounting the tank upside down. The bracket for the filters is very sturdy metal, I dont understand why they couldnt have done the same for the tank. All in all, it took me about 3 hours to install, including running back and forth to home depot twice to buy more line.

very nice but wish the directions were better for how it all goes together with the UV. Couldnt find anything showing how the UV fits on, even the utube part didnt show it. Took about 20 gallons to go through before white haze in water disappeared. Great product

Wish there were 1/2 stars, or that we could rate different parts... Here you go - I love the system, the water filtration is great and assembly was fairly easy. I would take away a 1/2 star for not receiving all of the required parts when I got my order. Customer service was quite fast at getting them out to me, but not having them to start with was kind of a pain. Most of my installation problems came from living in a 40 year old house and having to deal with 40 year old plumbing! But, all the little quick connects worked well the first time, and I made it through!

So far, so good...even though I didnt use the uv light stage. Seems to have plenty of capacity for my needs and produces more than my last ro system.

Installed the unit myself and it was pretty easy. Really well made and we have owned a few. The factory support is excellent. The factory supplied water valve leaked and after I contacted the manufacturer I was sent a different water inlet valve within a day and of course at no charge. It has been installed for a couple of months now and no problems.

Super easy to install and the water tastes better than bottled water. Could not be happier with the product or the service. I followed the directions, watched the video, and made sure all the connections were pushed ALL the way in and had no leaks. The ice in the ice maker on the fridge is perfect as well. Super product!

This is a great product and fairly easy to install. Make sure you push in the lines to all the fittings good and tight and everything will go as planned. Planning on investing into a meter to test my TDS but other than that the water taste great !
