I've been using the ispring 5 stage filter for several years. My water tastes wonderful. I have had to call for technical support a few times over the years, and their technicians always get back with me on short order. They're super helpful and walking me through hooking it up and changing filters. The last time I called I wasn't able to fit one of my filters due to ordering the wrong one. Michelle from iSpring was extremely helpful and sent me out a new one immediately. I'm so glad I went with ispring.

This is the best ro system I have ever used! Sean is the best and gave the best customer service I have ever received from any company! I use this system for my fish and for drinking water. iSpring not only makes great filters but they are a company which provides great customer support. I have purchased 3 of the RO systems (3 different houses) and 1 whole house system and all 3 were great. When ever I had a question they are a quick phone call away and you get a person not one a machine designed to discourage you from calling. I recently had an issue and Michele resolved it very quickly and was not trying to rush to get me off the phone. iSpring will remain my filter supplier of choice and the one I continue to recommend to everyone I talk to about water filters. I could not be happier with their products and support.

We have always bought the Ispring products.We have a tendency to have low water pressure issues where we live. And that can be a challenge for our ro system. The tech support and customer service for Ispring is exceptional! They always help us out and walk us through troubleshooting when needed to get this pressure issue resolved. Sean is fantastic and goes beyond the call! I highly recommend the Ispring products to anyone looking for water systems!

We’ve had our Ispring RO unit since 2019 and absolutely love it. We live in a rural area and while we do have distinct water it contains some things that we don’t want and the Ispring RO unit has taken care of removing them. I have to say that their customer service is phenomenal!! They are always so accommodating and courteous which is very rare in this day and age. I highly recommend Ispring!!!

After trying out different filters, we decided to go with this iSpring filtration system after learning about its features back in 2017. There was a noticeable improvement to the water and we have been very satisfied with iSpring. We were able to buy the replacement filters each year from Amazon. Recently, we realized there was a very small, hairline crack in the plastic housing and water was leaking out. I contacted iSpring to see what could be done and submitted a ticket to customer support. The next day, we received a reply from Francis, who arranged to send us the replacement housings and caps for free. We received them after a few days (FedEx) and the system has been running fine again. We highly recommend iSpring for its great product and top-notch customer service.
