Great product and great company. I digress from the product to say that I had a problem with my 5 stage filter after 2 1/2 yrs of use. I called iSpring and they helped me troubleshoot over the phone. Then sent me replacement parts for very cheap.During the time our system was down, we were amazed at how many water bottles we went through.

These provide 4.5 ppm out of 6 stage RO, whereas other very similar looking brands I used previously provided 5-6 ppm. I am happy.
