Absolutely amazed how good these systems work. Last set of filters were in place for ~30 months using 5Gal/day. Quite sure thats much longer than they should be in there, but the hydrogen sulfide from rust bugs was starting to make it past the 3 carbon filters. Water was coming in ~880ppm into water softner, ~420ppm into RO system and <10ppm out of it. I bought the iSpring five Reverse Osmosis filter and after using it for a day or two I thought the water should taste better so after a little research I found reviews for this filter. This installs on the iSpring filters easily and it is worth every penny. The water tastes exactly like I thought it should. I should have bought the iSpring 6 filter in the first place.

We live in WV and have to worry about industrial chemicals in our drinking water. It is so nice to have RO water to drink! We added the mineral cartridge to the system, amour water tastes great. Highly recommend an RO system!

In reality this a review of the seller store at Amazon and the iSpring company itself. There are no more stars to give but this is a 10 star company. As a customer I highly value and appreciate very much the after sales service. Yes I had a problem with their RO system ... but the way I feel is not that I have had a good service but an excellent attention and understanding from the beginning of the situation at hand. In a few days I have solved with Ben at the iSpring store an undetected water problem that it was easy to solve if you knew how. The city water company even changed the water meter and never suggested how to fix this annoying problem. I am more than satisfied and yes I would buy again from this company and I highly recommend it. I now know they are behind their products! Hurra!
