This is an outstanding water filter system. It was easy to install. The filters are much cheaper than the whirlpool system we replaced. It provides plenty of water for drinking and cooking. I highly recommend this system.

Easy to install, had no previous plumbing experience but learned a lot from installing this, the company has a step by step instruction video on the you-of-tube (aka youtube), follow it, done like a nun. Been using it for 2 months absolutely no problems, water taste amazing and I dont have to purchase bottled water. I avoid drinking from plastic (because of BPA) so I use these in conjunction with the water filter (highly recommend). To keep upstairs or in your room, so you dont have to go all the way to the kitchen.

Installation was stright forward. So fare it works very well. Had filtered water tested and no impurities could be found with a basic level test.

Wow, this system is fantastic. I am not the handiest guy, but buying a home helps you learn how to do things yourself. Between the detailed, color-coded instructions and the Youtube video, I hooked this up in about 90 minutes. No leaks, no drips, nothing! I played and paused the video about 20 times so that was a huge help. Between the system, the customer service and the overall cost, I cannot be happier. The unit is charging now so Ill drain the tank in about 2 hours and have clean drinking water in about 3-4 hours. I have the ice maker kit too but the underfloor tube is clogged so its a trip to my neighbors house to get a rooter line (hes a plumber) then hook up the ice maker kit. So SImple!

This is a great buy! Its a good kit with all necessary parts plus some optional extra parts that help with different existing plumbing. Everything is color coded and goes together easily. MAKE SURE TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE SUPPLYING WATER TO THE SYSTEM. I got impatient and ended up having to empty the water out of everything and try a second time.

This is the best and most affordable reverse osmosis filtration system on the market! So easy to install especially with the provided instructions. Me and my mom finished installation within an hour and half. Our water no longer has a chlorine smell or taste. No more buying tons of bottled water from the store. Thanks iSpring!

The product is working great so far. Wish I had a water tester to see how great this is working. Installation seemed overwhelming, but once I got started and reviewed the YouTube video, it was a breeze. Great customer service.

Installed very easy and no leaks. Water quality is good. Had to get a fitting to connect to my ice maker line but that wasnt a problem. Im satisfied.

Everything was packed neatly and it was easy to identify all parts. I strongly recommend watching the video, the manual is just a diagram showing the parts. The installation video is OK but showed one UV filter that was not included in my package. No idea if it was from another model or if it was really missing. But I couold manage that. The reason I cannot give 5 stars is that the plastic tube insert, the collar and the nut that connect the blue tubing to the drinking faucet are absolutely not a good system. The other connections are far better designed. This is a point to improve. At the very end the platic collar got deformed (not tool to tighten the nut was used, only by hand) and it started to leak. To solve this leak took me way longer than the whole assembly of all other connectors, filters, etc and I had to discard the tube insert and create a makeshift washer with teflon tape. After that got solved, the water taste is delicious. Good product -speaking of the drinking water quality- but not to be installed by yourself if you are not of the handyman type...
