Love this RO system. It installed easily, and works like a champ. The instructions were easy to read and follow. If I can do you could too. No issues at all. We always have plenty of water when we need and if we do empty the tank it fills back up quickly.

VERY COMPLETE... I opened the box and theres all the pieces to put it together plus spares!. not too many companies put a bag of extras in the product (in case you mess/lose some) theres even a bag of extra fittings in case your in need to change some stuff. The instructions are very clear and the color coded hoses make the install a snap. I didn't have to drill a hole for the water drinking tap (my counter already had one) but theres even instructions on how to do that.

Product was easy to set up. Without prior experience, set up was still a breeze and required just a drill and screwdriver. Tests at 8-11ppm even months after. Very good product and likely the best on the market for the price. Not much more I can praise about this filter. Bottom line: Cost effective, easy set up, very clean water, easy/cheap to maintain.

I have had this system for just over 2 years, the quality is fantastic. It produces great tasting water and we use it for everything. The first time I changed the filters took me a little bit of time, but there are very helpful instructional videos online. Once you have done it once, it is fairly simple to change on a regular basis. I highly recommend this system.

Works great so far and is leak free. It came completely assembled which was awesome. Pretty compact so fit under the sink nicely. One thing to make sure though is that you have electrical plugins under your sink as this system does require two.

This system is great. I have it for 2 months now. Took 1.5 hrs to install. Takes less than 2 hours to fill first batch and then dump. It is way cleaner than Costco bottled water which has 12-15ppm. My tap water has 15-25ppm. When I tested this, it was at 3-5ppm. My water tastes awesome and I don't buy bottled water anymore. I used to buy $20 worth of bottled water per 2 weeks. Thats almost $500 a year. This was a great investment for my family. Especially if you have a baby.

I installed this system a week ago and we love it. It was fairly easy to install and our water tastes as good or better than any bottled water weve ever had, even the expensive brands!

This filter is amazing, I will definitely not be drinking any water from my tap again without it first going through a reverse osmosis filter. If you have leaks, this is probably why: 1. The hoses will leak if not pushed all the way into the fittings until they bottom out. Sometimes this can take a bit of force to achieve so make sure you hold each tank firmly when you are attaching them. 2. The valve on the top of the tank has to be quite tight in order not to leak, since its plastic I was afraid of stripping it and left it too loose the first time. 3. You may have forgotten to put in one of the white spacers on the hoses that have standard fittings. Knowing the three things above, installation is pretty straightforward as long as you follow the video on YouTube.
