I received the filter system in just 2 days. The installation instructions were very easy to follow. The tubing is all color coded so easy to get the tubing on correctly. The only problem is getting the nut tight on the sprocket under the sink. Even the plumber I hired couldnt get it tight.

I live on Guam and water taste and sediment content can be a problem, locally sold water filters cost over $700 and require expensive upkeep so I thought I'd try this economic solution and install it myself. So far so good, for a month now I've had great water and Josh with iSpring provided quality assurance follow up. I'm satisfied with th results so far.

We purchased this filter after moving to a new town. The water doesnt taste very good and we later found out one of the wells the town is drawing from is contaminated with PFAS. We used to fill bottles of water at the grocery store but after installing the iSpring filter, we can relax and use the water from the tap. It doesnt take up much space and the water tastes tons better. We also installed the additional alkaline filter to enable minerals to be added back to the water.
