So far, so good! I bought this RO system because my refrigerators ice machine/water dispenser stopped working correctly, so I replaced the fridge with another that doesnt have ice/water in the door (thus the need for an RO system that delivers filtered water). I had a plumber install the system, which didnt take long at all. The water tastes great and is handy delivered at my sink. I think this system is a great deal for the price and effort to install. Looking forward to many years of fresh drinking water. Thanks!

Do not think you buy expensive is good, buy for yourself and the quality is good, I am very happy to buy me such a great product. not bad at all Couldnt be happier! best product like this I have found I am so glad I made a right choice Price was great and so was the product.

Super easy to install. I have yet to get the tank filled as I have purchased a 14 gallon storage tank, but so far so good. The only thing that could be improved upon, is including a few couplers or shut offs in case you are replacing an existing RO system and can patch into some of the existing tubing, but again very easy to install and clear directions.

When we bought this system, our TDS was about 350. I just tested it today (about 7 months later) and its still down about 14 TDS. By contrast, the filter we put on our fridge only took the TDS down to about 225. The water tastes great and now we don't have all the corrosion and hard water stains in the kitchen. I was a little concerned about it fitting under our sink. Its a bit tight with the garbage disposal, but it fits great! And shipping was super fast (thanks, Nick!) We hired a plumber, and it took him 2 hours to install it. However, my son-in-law installed his own without a problem.

A little pricey to install, but the unit was very reasonably priced! The water quality is over the top great!!!!! The performance of the unit has been flawless so far.

The system works as advertised and it works perfectly. I bought a device which measures the parts per million in water and i found improvement of 6 times. In NJ regular water from the municipality was 68ppm and the water that cane from the RO system was 7ppm. I am happy wih the after sales support from the company as well.
