I've had this filter running for over two years with no problem. Recently the pump motor started leaking. I called iSpring and Sean took care of it immediately and had a new pump on it's way.

It did not come with O-rings for the large filters so after turning it on and everything getting full it began to just pour water out everywhere until it was low enough. In order to take off the large filters with the extremely cheap tightening tour, it proceeded to dump even more water everywhere because they were full. I had to drive to a store to buy oh rings to keep it from leaking.

I called the company for tech support and I spoke with Nick....he was very professional and provided me with the support I needed. The product is fantastic and would recommend to anyone who is in need of an RO system.

Unfortunately, this unit has been far from "plug and play" like I had hoped - I don't get anywhere near the advertised 300 Gpd, which is not entirely the fault of the system (I have extremely hard well water). Troubleshooting the problem with support, though, has been easy, they sent replacement membranes and new discharge flow restrictor (which helped). I've had the system for 2 years now, I only use it during the summer months to top off my pool and fountain, but now the pump just went out. I bought another on Amazon, since I'm outside warranty. The electric shut off switch is overheating, but Nick was awesome and replaced it for free (even though I'm well past warranty period). Overall, I'm happy, there's not a lot of options out there - it's been a headache, but support (and specifically Nick) has made it worth it to do business with Ispring.
