To better match our existing fixtures, I bought the black finish version of this faucet replace the stainless faucet that came with our new iSpring RO package. As far as I can tell, the are the exact same model of faucet, apart from the finish. The original faucet works flawlessly. The new faucet has an annoying squeaking/grinding in the valve. The manufacturer needs to improve their quality control processes to catch issues like this.

Using this with a pre-existing Franke (ceramic filter) water filtration system. My installation went very quickly and the instruction set provided was complete, easy to understand and thorough. I like that the company provided two quick-connect adapters, for 1/4-in and 8/3-in plumbing. I didn't need the 3/8-in but I could see that heading off a potential frustration. The style is very nice and a huge upgrade over our old "Franke" faucet. Couple of drawbacks: - As iGanja points out in his review, the valve lets air into the system making the water cloudy for a few minutes. It was tough explaining this to the wife, who thought I had screwed something up. Guests also give you a side-ways eye when you hand them a milky glass of water. The air goes away quickly but it's still a bummer. The Franke faucet did not have that problem. - The goose neck is kind of loose even after tight installation. It wiggles a bit as you turn it. Feels a bit flimsy. For those two reasons I took off a star. Of course, I'd prefer if it was made anywhere other than China. EDIT UPDATE : Since my first review I've installed a second one of these. The second one had no air in the valve issues and the water runs clear. The first faucet actually cleared up after about a month so no more cloudy water. Works great, so adding a 5th star!

wanted to wait for a while before posting this "GET THIS ONE!!" review. the quality is very solid (much better than the freebie ones that comes with filter systems) the swivel if smooth. the valve control for flow is amazingly precise. the full flow position loved be dear daughter whose job is to fill our pets water bowls daily! depending on your filter set up, you may need additional plumbing fixtures. the hose size that goes into this faucet is the same as the one that standard refrigerator one. again, this one is TOP NOTCH quality!

This replacement faucet looks great and performs as expected. The installation was very simple (even with all of the existing obstacles under the sink). Most importantly, when it developed a very slow leak (one drop every 30 seconds), the entire unit was replaced with one call to the company.
