We have municipal water at our home and cannot drink it due to the strong odor and taste. The iSpring Water Filtration System has saved our lives and pocketbook. After installing it, we had drinkable water in a couple hrs. We were missing the blue supply hose, but were able to cut the white hose to make 2. The faucet does not quickly supply the fresh water, but it works and is an improvement over what we had.

I got it in two days.The water taste is very good No problem so far, installation is pretty quick and fit well under my sink as follow closely to the instruction manual.

I consider myself an intelligent individual but I regularly take the advice of people I conder smarter than me. I am fortunate to call a nuclear physicist a friend of mine and when researching RO systems he said hands down this is the best one for the money. I ordered it the next day and have been happy with it ever since. Delivery was great, installation was relatively straight forward. I wouldn't say easy. I don't think everyone will find this easy. Easy is opening a iphone and people have a hard time with that. But I did the whole thing myself which says something. Customer service has been great. Richard was super responsive and nice. The only thing I think they should do is offer a service where it reminds you when you need to replace the filters. Other then that, top notch all the way around.

This product product works exactly as I expected and was easy to setup too. Have to make sure to dump the first tank or two of water let the system run for 15 minutes into the sink before drinking the water, but after that you will be graced with bottled water quality. The water tastes great and this system will protect you from most primary and secondary contaminants in municipal water. Additionally the faucet that comes with the system was much higher quality than I expected and works flawlessly
