So far, so good. I had to install it in a nearby cabinet as theres not enough room under the sink cabinet. I wish they would have included about 50 feet of hose to allow for longer runs for discharge and supply, but thats ok. Im glad I got this one with the pump, and the mineral replacement. The water tastes almost identical to smart water which was my baseline. All connections are standard pex style quick connect so anyone not familiar with these, they are industry standard. Itd probably be smart every 5 years or so to change out the lines to prevent failure. Pex has and does usually fail in home around the 10 year mark. And the tubing is cheap cheap. A few moisture alarms tied into the SmartThings hub makes for more peace of mind, but having a valve to turn off in the event of a burst would be even better.

My family and I purchased the iSpring RO system for our new home. We use the RO water for drinking and cooking. I really like how easy the installation was. Probably took me 45 minutes from unboxing to great tasting water. The YouTube video really made installation simple. Because of how much water we use on a daily basis, I installed an additional tank and hooked it up to my refrigerator which provides ice and cold water using the extra connectors supplied. I emailed iSpring for a year supply of filters and Nick responded professionally and quickly.

This filter system is amazing! We were worried about getting a filter system that would take out all of the unnecessary stuff out of our water, but this has put all of our worries aside. I absolutely love this system! We had to get a filtration system because our water tasted funny from the city supply. This system is amazing. It pulls out all kinds of impurities which we can see in one of the filters. It was also very easy to install and we had it up and running in 30 minutes. Directions were easy to understand and it was easy to add to our current water system. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is unsure whether or not to get a water filtration system. We worked with Nick and he even helped us score some free water filters! Again, we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good water filter system at a decent price. So far really happy with the system. Water taste really good. I am by no means a pro at install but after watching a 15 minute video it was super simple. Probably took an 1.5 hr all said and done. Recommendation would be to drain the tank once or twice before drinking. Thanks to NICK at iSpring for the help.

Bought a water meter and tested the water after it was installed - super pure!!! This product works. However installation was MUCH more difficult than advertised. It took a professional plumber a month to get it installed.Keep in mind that 1. if you have a normal straightforward sink set-up, installation will be difficult, and 2. if your sink-set up is in any way non-standard, it will be challenging even for a professional plumber to install.

The install was easy! I dont have any plumbing experience and by watching the youtube video and instructions was able to install this within 90 minutes. The water tastes great and I love the peace of mind! Order one, you will not regret it!

Really glad we made this purchase. We can tell a huge difference in the quality of the water. I admit that I was skeptical at first about it and didn't think there was going to be much of a difference, but since installing, we are 100% happy with it.
