Very happy with this purchase. Hubbie installed in an hour with only one trip to home Depot to adapt our non standard drain size to the supplied saddle. The instructions that came in the box were terrible and not for the 7 stage unit. The online installation manual is much better.

1st week with this ro kit i love it. 1st we tested the tap water it read 127ppm a little hard water.Then we tested the ro and it tested 5-7ppm. The water from the filter does taste a little different maybe due to the mineral filter but its really good and no more hauling those 7 gallon jugs to the machine. saves me a hassle of doing that. also the pressure is a little slow at 1st let the system pressure up and it will be okay. I am thinking of getting a bigger tank since the pressure isnt the best for my brand new Frigidaire water/ice dispenser. ordered a bypass filter for the Frigidaire maybe that will help. If not i will have to upgrade to the 20 gallon tank since i heard it gives u better pressure.

Ive had this since December 2012. Didnt install it until end of 2013. Procrastination much? I didnt install it, boyfriend did. Hes very technical and repairs and installs things for a living, I have other things I excel at. Cooking. Having my own business. Not necessarily in at order.We didnt install the UV part, because there were complaints about it getting too hot, never turning off, and being a fire hazard. I just looked at this item on Amazon and I guess they have a fix and are offering a discount to people with old units. Honestly I think they should give a bigger discount for the part fix, or just plain free because their design problem shouldnt be my problem. So I will contact them about getting the fix and installing the UV part. After we installed it, a few months later, the person that lived below us complained that water was coming through the ceiling. That was a big very unfortunate problem. I guess one of the plastic parts failed and we fixed it.Now the good. Water is supremely tasty. Ice is clear, it wasnt before installing this. I feel good about not having to haul plastic bottles into the house. I am tired of recycling hundreds of bottles every week. Overall I am happy I have it. I just wish the UV part was installed as I paid for it, so hopefully that will be seamless.

Great product, it took a little bit of time to set it up but once setup it works great. The quality of the water is great, it taste much better then bottled water.

Easy to install and easy to use. Bought this product and installed it at my house in less than 3 hours. Water tastes perfect and does exactly what its supposed to do only problem is you have to have good water pressure for it to work with good pouring pressure. If the water in your house isnt very good it will pour kinda slow and so will the fridge or whatever appliance you connect it to.

Just installed it myself. No issues. All of the parts were there. This replaced a RO with an air gap faucet. This one is so quiet, you cant tell if it is refilling or not.
