I opted to install this filter in my basement and plan on just filling jugs of water for now. I may ultimately run 1/4 inch line upstairs to kitchen sink or refrigerator ice maker. My basic set up took about half an hour to complete. Water looks and tastes great. Im having it tested this week.

We have a municipal well, with high content of calcium and other minerals, which required us to install a water softener, we recently bought a refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser, thinking I would be able to adjust to the taste of our water. not so, I ordered this R/O system absolutely amazing. Our water tastes so much better. I also ordered the Dr. meter TDS to check our quality of water. before the R/O system our water was reading levels in the thousands. now it is as low as 47 TDS. So happy with our purchase. Just hope it continues to make us happy with great tasting water.

Ive installed this about a year ago and have been using it since. Installation was pretty straight forward. No leaks or problems. Water taste great. Thanks James

I'm fairly handy, and install took about two hours. That included cleaning out the sink and drilling into a porcelain sink because my sink did not come with a filter hole. On top of that the sink had ridges so it took some delicacy with the diamond drill bit. After that it was just a matter of connecting a bunch of tubes using. A crescent wrench and 1/4????drill for the drain tube is all you really need. One tip, make sure you're putting some muscle behind the tubes going into the connections. When I first turned the water back on nearly every connection leaked because I didn't insert them far enough. Easy fix. It's been up and running for a few hours and I can't speak much to the cleanliness of the water yet but I will say my wife is excited to think we're not poisoning our baby any more! Cheers

Before purchasing this unit I researched the top 10 RO systems on the internet. The iSpring products consistently were rated within the top 5 on all searches. In many lists, they were #1! We purchased the RCC7 & chose to have it installed by a plumber. Im glad I did. Although the instructions are very thorough, it took the plumber about 2 hours to install. I figure that means it would have taken me at least double that time (if not more). Its been working now for about 4 months & were very satisfied. Water quality is perfect. I recommend this product for anyone looking for an RO system.

I purchased this system somewhat on a whim. We have fairly decent well-water but an added layer of filtering tends to enhance the brewed coffer/tea flavors, etc. The system arrived on-time and installation was straightforward. The documentation is crisp and clear, and there are a number of YouTube videos that walk the user through every step of the way very clearly. The only minor twist in my installation was that because of the garbage disposal there is hardly sufficient room on the P-trap discharge tube to mount the iSprings discharge saddle & tube. I had to somewhat retrofit it and at the end it worked fine. It would be helpful if the installation literature and videos address this - what I would think - somewhat common scenario. The quality of the hardware is good. All the tubes, plastic parts, and filters have a solid feel to them. The faucet feels solid and heavy and the finish is of high quality, matching my kitchen faucet/sprayer next to it. iSpring has done a great job of providing a cost competitive and solid water filteration system for the ordinary do-it-yourselfer types (me!). I would highly recommend this product.

We love this RO system. It was easy to install, and I did not have to go to the hardware store for miscellaneous parts. We have a well, and have been buying drinking water for the last couple of years, so it is amazing to have easy access to drinking water again. I like the system so much that I bought another one for my garage apartment that we use as a B&B.
