This system is so easy to install and is leak proof once you realize how to properly snap the tube all the way into the connectors. It fills so fast and the water is sweet. I replaced my GE unit with this and wish I had this one all along.

After few months research, we installed iSpring RO system last month. we are very happy that we took right decision. This system work very well and started giving result from first day. It came with all required information and filters. I still didnt measure pps but water taste is very good. We will highly recommended this product.

We are so happy with our water now. We moved to a small Town with very hard water and we required a water softener. The softener added too much sodium to the water and it was not pleasant tasting. We installed the 6 stage RO system and it has made our drinking water fabulous. It tastes clean, crisp and wonderful. We found that watching the installation video on YouTube was helpful during the installation. It is supplying the RO faucet, our refrigerator water dispenser and ice maker. We were in contact with the seller on a couple of issues and they were prompt in their reply and provided excellent customer service. So thrilled with this product.

When i first received the product I had a couple of questions. Without knowing the date I gave them a call. And then i realize it was either weekend or a Thanksgiving day. Naturally nobody answered. Guess what they called me the next day. I believe his name was NICK. I got all the answers i needed from him. Very helpful and polite. I like the way their customer service works. The installation was very easy. Not being professional I spent an hour or less. The result is amazing, to me it tastes better then some brand name bottled waters. Thank you iSpring and thank you Nick.

I recently moved in to a house that has really bad water. There was an old RO system installed but it hadnt been used in years. I called the company that installed it and was quoted $1500 to upgrade it to a new working system. I said no thanks and found this system. Product arrived quickly and was well packaged and damage-free. The brochure/instructions were fantastic with the included photos and excellent verbiage. Additionally, the install video was a great resource. The install took about 1.5 hours and was fairly straight forward. I didnt need any help but I felt like I could have called Nick at any point for assistance. A week in and the water quality is great. Looking forward to using this system for a long time.

Just installed this fantastic RO system! After reading the manual and watching the installation video on YouTube installing it was childs play. All necessary parts, and more, were included in the package,and fitting things together was a breeze, After commissioning I tested the water from the tap and it gave a reading of 1270ppm, while from the RO it read 42 - really incredible! And the taste is even better than expensive bottled water. This excellent product definitely deserves 5 stars and if I had the option I would add another couple of stars for their customer service which is really first rate. Excellent value for money. Highly recommeded.

Easy to install and I'm really not very handy...like, at all!! Although the longest part was waiting on the 15 min of flushing the filters and waiting to flush the tank(1.5 hrs to fill up). I struggled with the prescrewed top of the RO membrane the most, as it was pretty tight and I have small hands!! I spent probably 20-30 minutes on trying to unscrew that, ha! Anyway, other than struggling to unscrew a top and wait time for flushing, it took less than an hour to install. I watched a YouTube video on how to install as the directions that come with it is a bit confusing. Luckily the granite I have by the sink already had a predrilled hole that was originally used to put a soap dispenser, but it removed that and put the RO faucet in there instead - it ended up being the perfect fit, although it was a pretty tight space for me to get to under the sink! Big plus that it matches our main faucet too!! Water tastes great, and we go through LOTS of water thanks to us hydrating our two large shepherds with this as well!

This System has really improved our drinking water. Now 65 ppm TDS - was 925 ppm TDS.We are completely satisfied with system.I had to use epoxy sealer on the tank Valve/Fitting to stop it from dripping.I did install it in my Crawl Space which also left more room under our Kitchen Sink.Richard Smith

I was leery of doing this installation myself, looked like a lot of parts. Will it be poorly made, missing parts, and/or poor instructions? There are several to choose from, so I picked this product based on reviews, price of the system, quality of the faucet and price of the filter replacements. I was not disappointed. Product was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Nick from iSpring made contact once I registered for the 1 year warranty. Spares for the hose connectors and O rings are included, as well as a leak detector for the cabinet. After completely reading the installation instructions and watching the You Tube video, installation was straight forward. Best of all, no trips to the hardware store were required... everything needed came in the box! After flushing the system per the start up instruction, water was clear and tasted excellent.
