Ive been really happy with this filter system. I actually installed all the components in the basement under my kitchen rather than taking up valuable cabinet space, and it works great for that. I have rather large joist pockets so I was able to put up a piece of plywood between them to house the water tank. I just had to buy some extra hose (an icemaker install kit was just what I needed.) It recovers pretty quickly after draining the tank, the water tastes great, and the faucet is really nice quality. There were no surprises or leaks during installation.

I carefully researched systems of type in order to identify the highest quality of unit as well as a smaller sized company that manufactured their system in . Ispring is that company. My plumber said that the quality of materials and the design and function were excellent. Thus far, I am very pleased.

The system I got me has been working for a whole year so far without interruption of any kind. I just changed (two months ago) the set of filters due after one year of operation and this new set is working just fine. The change can be done in 15 minutes if you also make sure everything is fine: seals, piping and minor stuff like that. I certainly recommend this product based on my experience: I have a well with some calcium and magnesium sediments besides kind of high on nitrites, the raw water tastes weird but after passing the filter system (I use ultraviolet light too, the one coming with the system) its flavor improves so much that my wife swears she does not find difference with bottle water.

We love this system. My husband was able to install it easily and weve had it for about two years now. Its so wonderful to know we are getting high quality water without always having to spend a lot of money on bottled water. We dont use the UV light on a regular basis, but Im glad to have it, in case we have a "boil water" directive in our area. We live on the coast in Texas, so hurricanes are an annual possibility and, of course, there can always be problems with the municipal drinking water supply. The filters are relatively easy to change out and there are online videos available to show you exactly how to do things. The iSpring was one of the best purchases weve made for our new house here, and I highly recommend it. Also, when Ive called the company to ask questions, they have been extremely responsive and helpful. Excellent customer service. A+!!!

Awesome little unit! Ive had it for a couple months now with no issues. TDS coming out is 14-16 average. Water taste great! Super easy to hook up. You barely need instructions. Just follow the flow. System works great, not a bad price, and excellent customer service! Totally recommend.

I love the taste of my well water now with these excellent filters that purify it to the level never experienced when using Brita and Pur filters. I used a water.purity tester and tested my kitchen water with only the inline filter, then with the faucet filter added additionally and finally after placing it in a Brita pitcher with filter and it was unreal. It took out so many impurities and the water is far superior with the Ispring. Thanks Nick for asking me my opinion and I am happy to do a review because I tell everyone I know in town to try this system if unhappy with the Iron and sulfur tasting water prevalent in our area. It is delicious now!

The Water filtration unit arrived surprisingly fast and setup was easy thanks to the nice YouTube video.ISpring sent me a email a few days after the unit arrived asking if the unit was running smoothly.I messed up a O ring while putting the filter in and asked ISpring if I could buy a new O ring. ISpring responded by shipping a couple new O rings free the very next day. Great customer service!

The instructions are not great. Instead of recommending we go to u-tube, how about fixing them!!! I cant give it more than one star for now. It says have a towel ready in case it leaks!! Very funny. Three of the connectors leak like crazy!!! I am very handy and mechanically inclined. I cant get 2 of them to stop leaking no matter what I do!!! I have walked away for now. I dont want to toss this into the woods. I will contact them tomorrow and hope they have a solution. Their connectors with the little blue clips dont impress me, thats for sure. They dont work for ----.A big plus to iSpring. I got a message almost immediately to contact them about my leaking issue. I discovered just before seeing the note that the tubes need to be pushed in fairly firmly past the point of resistance. Then they can be locked in. I tend to be cautious trying to avoid breaking things. The water is a tad cloudy still but tastes great.I have yet to finish the instal of the ice maker line to the freezer.I can only give it four stars because the instal directions really need work. We will see if time makes up for the crappy directions. I will let everyone know after a month or so.

We install this almos a year ag, and still is in great condition. The only annoying is that take long time to purified water. One glass a water can take easy 10 minutes water running to the sewer while refill the water filter. The water is nice and very good flavor!!!
