This RO system is really great, it has taken our really hard water with quite a bit of limescale and reduced it near perfect water. I couldnt be happier. The system instructions were clear. I had to get an additional adaptor, but iSpring got in touch before hand, and refunded me the cost of the adaptor and shipping, which was really great. Sometimes its the after sale care that matters most.My kettle, which was caked with limescale before is now so clear, even after a week, its still crystal clear, coffees and teas are no longer plagued by limescale. As I said before, couldnt be happier, with both the product and the seller. Will definitely buy from them again.

I did an analysis with a TDS meter and my unfiltered tap water is around 400 ppm! The filtered water is around 43 ppm! I do have an alkaline filter with mine, so it could be reading some of that, but thats pretty impressive. Alkaline is VERY beneficial to the body. It neutralizes the PH in the body and also promotes weight loss, good for heart, etc. Lots of celebrities are drinking Alkaline water now. My only gripe is that the adapter for the "old style" plumbing which I have under my sink, does not exist! I went to Home Depot like they stated in the directions and they didnt have it. Then I went to Lowes and they didnt have it either. I asked for help BOTH times at the locations and showed them a picture of the part. I ran around all day looking for this stupid thing! I then just bypassed the "adapter" and bought another water line leading from the sink to the water pipe. They really need to update the old Youtube video! They even have the old style faucet they use to provide in the video as well. Update the video!

I rarely give product reviews but this is a great product with an amazing customer service. Any questions I had about installing the system and any questions regarding its function, were answered fast and accurately. Very helpful indeed. To anyone who looks to buy a good water filter system with great customer service I recommend this company.

My husband installed this fairly quickly. The water was a little weird for a a day or two, then it completely cleared up and has produced great-tasting water since. We have very hard well water, and I was a little worried about not having enough pressure without a booster. However, we have not had any issues with the performance of this filter kit. Highly recommend.

I am very impressed with the quality of this great product. I think other customers have already provided a lot of details on how good it is.I would like to comment on the quality of the customer care that went far beyond my expectations!They told me that I might need a UK water supply connector and if I do they would refund me my expenses. And they did.During the installation I damaged an O-ring in the membrane enclosure and asked the seller for advice. They immediately sent me a replacement free of charge.I had some trouble with a connection between mains water tubing and the filter and they told me how to fix it, even sent to me a picture someone took to explain some specific point.I am very impressed and grateful! I will definitely buy from iSpring again and recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

Love the water quality off this unit. We live in Colorado and generally have good water, this unit makes it even better. Only trouble we had was with our granite counter tops. I wanted to use an existing 1" hole, but the faucet that was included only worked in a half inch whole and wasnt long enough to get through the granite. iSpring sent us a new faucet and it worked great. One other bit of advice, if you install this yourself keep pushing the hoses into the quick connect fittings, they go in a little more that a quarter of an inch. If you dont get them all the way in, you will have a mess...

Easy to install. Water tastes great. The system does take up a large amount of space under the sink but not a huge issue.
