This 5-stage reverse osmosis filtration system is amazing! The water tastes so clean! The installation wasn't difficult. My family is extremely happy with this product, and we would highly recommend it to everyone.

Great tasting water! As I've had kidney stones in the past I drink lots of water - 1 to 2 gallons a day - so I know good tasting water. Install was easy following the YouTube video and customer service (Josh) was very responsive and helpful. Ive installed this system three so times so far (my place, my parents, and sis in-laws place) and all of us are happy with the water. One thing to note is when installing the line to the tank use plenty of plumbers tape (10 rotations).

I purchased this RO system for my wife for Christmas and absolutely LOVE it! It was so easy to install, the instructions were extremely easy to understand and follow. The included faucet matches my stainless steel sink and Delta Touch O2 (Arctic Stainless) faucet perfectly! We use this for drinking water, cooking and my coffee has never tasted so good! I wish I would have bought one sooner, but couldnt be happier in my choice! Even recieved an e-mail from Nick at iSpring customer service as well to make sure all was well with my new RO system! Since my refrigerator is on a different wall then my sink, I am seriously considering a second unit to install in my garage to connect to the fridge water line.

Very easy to install. I followed a YouTube video and it took me less than 90 min to install. I was replacing another RO unit so I kind of knew how the set up worked.

Just received my unit today, opened the package only to find that the 2 clips that hold the post carbon to the membrane housing were broken during shipping. So I searched the internet about how to get ahold of Amazon or iSpring and was successful finding iSprings phone #. So I called the # and did not get an answer, so I left a message. After leaving the message I realized I didnt leave the order #, so I called back and a lady answered the phone. I explained my dilemma to her and she said the 2 clips will be shipped out that day. Whew, what a relief!!! Then within the hour a lady phoned returning my message, I Thanked her and told her that it was all handled. Thank you iSpring. Got the unit mounted on the wall under neither my kitchen sink, it worked out great and was easy to install. I mounted a in and out TDS meter also and everything seems to be working great. Thank you Amazon and iSpring.

Arrived a day early, thank you! Would be nice to have an option to purchase longer tubing as the unit takes up alot of under the sink space and the tubing supplied is short to set up in the basement. Runs great, no problems so far! Faucet fits in quite nice with what we have now.

I do recommend this RO system. Of course there is room for improvements but the iSpring customer service is there to help.PROS:1) The tank fills up about 3x faster than it does without a pump.2) Produces very clean water i have seen my tap water go from 370+ppm to at least 5ppm.3) The RO water tastes much better than the water that comes directly from the tap.4) Low noise pump!5) Tank fills up in roughly 1 hours.6) So far no leaks.7) Amazing customer service!CONS:1) I had lots of issues with this system but most of them have been sorted now. I do like to say that the pump tends to go bad quickly (thanks to isprings superb customer service it was possible to get replacements).2) I did not like the taste of the water after it had been in the tank for more than 12 hours.Buy with confidence!

This reverse osmosis system works great. Easy to install. I did have a problem with one of the tubes having a hairline crack, i took a picture of it spraying out. emailed iSpring, and they sent a new tube right out. I have had it for a year now, and am very happy with my drinkable water and ice.
