I got it as replacement unit for reverse osmosis I had before. I installed it in basement but height difference btw old unit and this one is small (tank stayed before on kitchen floor now it is right under basement ceil, so 1-2 feet max). But I have issue with pressure - when it is fully filled water flow is slow and I only got 1.5G from faucet until extension tank is empty. From previous system I got 3 gallons so clearly there was something wrong. Possible issue could be height difference, but I measured amount of water I drained directly from extension tank - only 1.2G! I am pretty sure that reason is high pressure switch is misaligned or broken, so it turns filtering way too soon.I saw some comments about low pressure so this could pretty common issue. I will try to contact customer service and if they will replace high pressure switch and issue would be fixed I will change my rate. But ifor now it is highly disappointing, more expensive system I got delivers much worse I had before.Update: just bought water pressure gauge, filtering stops at 20PSI, which definately wrong ( it should be 35-45PSI ). I saw couple questions about low pressure at faucet - be aware you could have the same issue.Update: got replacement for high pressure switch, now it works. Product is good, I liked it would leave 5 stars if not problem with it.

This is a very good RO system. It is so much better than the one it replaced which was an expensive professionally installed unit. I mounted it in the basement mechanical room and up-sized the line to the faucet to 3/8; and teed it off to also feed the refrigerator. the instructions were detailed and made it easy to install. It has good pressure and lots of volume. So far, I have never run it out of water. I am very happy with it. Also Ive been contacted twice by NICK just to make sure everything is right.

This is something everybody should have. Installing the filter is not easy because the instructions seem to belong to a different version of it, but if you figure it out is the best investment you can do for your health. When I finally had it ready to work it presented a leak and I don’t live in the US so it was very difficult to fix due to the great pressure the water has inside the system. Once I brought it from the US, it was very hard to find the replacement part I needed here in my country, that was disappointing. Besides the inconvenient, the water tastes great and everything you do with it has better flavor (coffee, food, etc.)

Purchased for a 2nd home that is in a very remote area and is used by multiple guests. The well water tests okay to drink but it tastes metallic, is tan in color and has a sulfur smell. Bottled cooler water was the only solution and the house goes through several 5 gallon bottles a week. I got the unit with the built in pump as the water pressure is 30-40 pounds. Received the unit in about 3 days and was really concerned I wouldnt have everything I need to finish the install and a trip to the hardware store is a 2+ hour trip from the house. In the end, I didnt need anything for the install, it was all there right down to every fitting I needed. I did need to install a 24 inch square piece of 1/2 plywood as a backer board as the cabinet walls are thin and the unit hangs on a cabinet wall. I also installed a 110v duplex outlet under the cabinet for the pump. Installation was overall pretty easy as long as you followed the steps carefully. Laying under the cabinet was the hardest part. The unit comes mostly assembled but you do have to put the three main filters and housings on. The filters need to hanging off the floor when installation is done so that there is room to unscrew them during filter changes. I used a 2 x 4 under them as a spacer while I completed the install. When I was done I decided to leave the 2 x 4 under the filters to relieve the strain on the unit hanging on the wall. Watching the video on iSpring YouTube video is a big help too. I also hooked up an icemaker kit that I wasnt able to do with the well water previously. Within an hour or two of starting the install I had crystal clear water from the iSpring faucet and fridge door and was making ice! No ODOR, No SMELL, No COLOR! Stayed in the house for a few days and it worked flawlessly. This has completely changed the water situation at the house. No more lugging cooking and drinking water and no more ice trays and pitchers. Very happy customer.

Water tastes great and the customer service from Nick and Josh makes it looks like a company that cares . I did have a plumber install it as I was having faucets and disposal put in as well but even he used their video for install. It was put in as an under the sink set up.

This filtration system is exactly what I was looking for. Installation with the YouTube videos and supplied documentation was straightforward enough. Took a couple hours, but well worth the $40/month Im saving by not getting water jugs delivered to my house. Customer support has also been great, Nick has been easy to correspond with. As the attached photos show, water from the filtration system has 7ppm Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), while my tap water has 146ppm TDS. One word of advice would be to make sure that the excess drain hole is placed after the U-bend on the drain. I overlooked those directions in the documentation and now when the excess water drains, there is a constant dripping noise.

When the filter system arrived I was a bit overwhelmed by all of it but with the recommended youtube videos, and the well written instructions it was pretty easy. The follow up from Nick was fantastic. He emailed me the day after I registered my warranty to make sure things went well, which they absolutely did. Pardon the messy tubing in the picture, I havent gotten it zip tied up yet!

I've had a name brand rental reverse osmosis filter for years, and finally I switched to iSpring. It's so much cheaper, and the filters are easy to install and replace. I can tell no difference from the expensive service.

Recently replaced my old RO with the new RO System from Ispring. My old RO was reading 279ppm and did not change with the new membrane and filters. As always I did my research and found the Ispring RO with a large number of positive reviews. As stated in many of the reviews the installation was very easy as were the instructions. Once installed and the water was flushed out of the filters and tank I was anxious to test the water. The new filter Ispring water tested at 14ppm on one of my meters. One of the bottled waters I tested was around 17ppm. I couldn't be happier with this product and recommend it to anyone looking to buy a new RO system. Along with the new system I received an offer to send Ispring a picture or video of the newly installed system to receive replacement filters for up to one year. Just got confirmation from Josh today at Ispring my filters are on the way.
