Weve used this water filter for a few months now and have not had a leak. The water tastes good and I've never smell any chlorines anymore. It hasnt leaked at all and we havent had any issues.

Not only does this product do what it claims it will do, I verified with purchasing a meter to measure the purity of the water. What I found shocked me. The filtered water from my refrigerator is almost as contaminated as the tap water in my home. But the water from the ispring system, is DRAMATICALLY better. It even TASTES better. The only thing better than the product is the customer service of the company. Prompt. Polite. Helpful. Lots of followup from customer service people with names! Like, real people. Special shout out to Claudia for outstanding customer service!

This filtration system is a fraction of the price from many of the other options I looked at and it works great. I installed it myself in a few hours . I should have paid more attention to the length of time youre supposed to flush the system. The first few days I had a slight charcoal taste, but that went away and now the thing works great. They also do a great job following up to make sure everything went well with the product. Great customer service. I highly recommend it.

I think the water tastes great! Although the lines are a bit sensitive, and so you have to be careful not to move them at all or water may leak. So I just make sure not to have anything at all near the lines/system. I love the look of the sleek spout and think it was very reasonably priced!
