I absolutely love the system! There were a few different ones to choose from and this one had great reviews with the most competitive price. We put off purchasing the system for a few months, and I wish we didn't - it is that good! We live in a rural part of Florida with a well water system that was shooting out almost 500 ppm in our drinking water. After installing the spring system it drop down to just below 40 ppm!!! My family drinks water like crazy, and now I can rest assured that it's just about as clean as can be.

Absolutely fantastic system. Water is so pure. Even if you have high enough pressure, having the pump just makes the tank fill that much quicker.

Hands down the best under-sink system I have owned. Easy to install & great customer support; this is my second system I have purchased from 123Filter, 5 & 6 stage w/ electrical pump.

The system is easy to setup and comes with well written directions and nice diagrams. Josh was a great contact at iSpring, and very easy to communicate with. After installation the water quality is evident to my taste, compared to the standard refrigerator filter. Weve used it for few weeks only but Ive noticed we all drink more water, probably because it feels lighter and tastes great (meaning it doesnt taste of anything...!) In my case Ive connected the system to my refrigerator to get water from the water/ice dispenser. The box comes with all fittings for standard installation under the kitchen sink. You need few extra fittings/piping for the refrigerator. Here are some hints if you want to install it in a similar way (refrigerator): 1) You can buy an additional and inexpensive kit from iSpring for refrigerators. Look for iSpring refrigerator. This will likely avoid you several trips to the HW store to find the correct fittings. 2) Ive setup filter&tank in a portion of the cabinet which isnt much usable anyway, because in the corner of the kitchen room. So effectively the system doesnt take any useful cabinet space. You might need to buy some extra 1/4 inch plastic tubing, either online or in any HW/gardening store. 3) The system needs a drain for the RO operation. I didnt have a drain close-by because the sink is on the other side of the kitchen, so Ive decided to drill a small hole in the exterior wall of the house, so that I can drain to nearby planters. This is also a way avoid/mitigate the water waste. Anyway it should be only few gallons per day for typical family use. Watch the video for more details and enjoy good water!

Goodbye RO rental! Regret not buying this sooner if I would have known how easy it was to install and not to mention the great deal I got on this unit. Worth every penny! Thanks Josh!

I have been using this system for a year now and it is worth every penny! Where i live the well water has a strong sulfer smell so i used to buy 12 gallons of drinking water every two weeks just to have drinkable water. The system installed easily, I also hooked it up to the refrigerator for filtered ice and filtered water from the dispensor there. The customer service is great too. They replied within 24 hour when i had problems (caused by myself not the system). The system has already paid for itself, and i drink more water now then i did before because it tastes so good.Bottom line, I highly suggest this company and this filter.

Purchased this through Amazon. I had a problem after hooking it up where one of the canisters would periodically leak. My wife was pregnant at the time and was due soon so I did not have time to contact support and or do a return/exchange. Fast forward a few months to yesterday when I finally got tired of emptying the pan underneath the filter and decided to email ispring customer support. They were very helpful and offered to send me a replacement part to fix the issue.

I bought the RCC7P about 20 months ago. I installed it myself and it was fairly easy to install. I have had no issues at all until 2 months ago when the output pressure seemed to be degrading. My house has hard water so I installed a water softener around the same time. This RO unit only runs right to my ice maker/water line into my refrigerator. So I have not been able to get ice or use the water out of my refrigerator lately. I called the customer support at iSpring and they were great. They diagnosed the problem and are sending me a part to fix the problem.
