The plastic grommet that comes with it. I have to retighten every so once in a while because it gets loose and start twisting inside the hole in the counter. Really a minor issue though. Overall great unit.

100% SATISFIED. Our results: Tap. Water 118 ppm. Absopure 289 ppm terrible for bottled water our tap water is more pure. ISPRING 6 ppm. Amazing. We highly recommend this product.

We did encounter a drip from the reverse osmosis tank. But my husband failed to wrap Teflon'tape around the part that you screw the hose on'to the tank.

I purchased about a few months ago and I used it every single day. Recently I noticed that water does not come enough so I have ordered new filters as instructions suggested to replace them every 6 - 12 months. Then the good tasting water is back.
