We purchased this RO system for our cabin because our well water tested high in nitrates. This particular model comes with a pressure booster which we needed because we dont have the best water pressure in our cabin. Installation took a couple hours for my husband.CONS:Instructions not clear on the different color hoses and where they go. Husband had to trace through whole system; definitely recommend watching the YouTube videos.Does take up quite a bit of space under the counter.Since water comes from the tank, it doesnt come out of the spigot cold.Not sure of the filter costs for replacement.PROS:Kit included extra fittings in the event one breaks during installation.Water tastes very very clean.The most important "pro" for this system...it "significantly" reduces the amount of nitrates in the water. We had our water tested by the state and our results were as follows:Sample taken directly from well had 19.7 ppm nitrates, duplicate sample tested 19.3 ppm (so statistically the same). Sample taken from RO spigot tested .58 ppm....the RO system works!! These results put my mind at ease and I feel comfortable about having made such a large investment. DEFINITELY WORTH IT!

The system was easy to install with common household tools, instructions were very clear and the online videos made the process straightforward. I ended up ordering the alkaline filter as well a few weeks later. Water quality is excellent, ice cubes from fridge are much clearer. Glad I purchased from iSpring. Nick in Customer Support has been great in following up. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to upgrade their household drinking water supply.

The water system works great. The water quality is excellent and tastes good. It was also relatively easy to install. The included spare parts and adapters are much appreciated. The attached video shows the unit working in my moms house.

I purchased and installed the RCC7P system myself and have really enjoyed it. The installation was very easy with the provided instructions and didnt take more than an hour. I live in an area with water provided by the county but I wanted extra clean drinking water every day. After installation, I compared water from the tap vs the filter and you can notice a small difference in the odor and taste. The water from the filter doesnt have any noticeable taste or smell unlike the tap water. I use it every day to fill up a water canteen and take to work. I highly recommend it to others.

I was pleasantly surprised with the detailed instructions, packaging, and look of the product/materials. Generally products like this have terrible directions/instructions, but iSpring even has a youtube video that shows a pretty comprehensive installation process. I was able to install this myself and I havent had any leaks yet, going on 3 weeks now. It takes a bit of common sense/general handyman skill, but with the aid of the video, and if youve had any previous plumping projects you should be just fine. I didnt even realize this came with the faucet, that was nice to find in the box and looks to be decent quality and not just junk. I had to purchase some extra polyethylene tubing from the local hardware store because I ran my unit to the basement, and obviously iSpring cannot plan for every installation. This is the only RO system I have owned, but everything seems to be in working order and the water taste muuuuuch better than our tap water. Thanks for the best tasting water weve had yet. We got our first ISpring RO system from our son in law about 5 years ago for Christmas. It was one of the best Christmas presents we had ever received. We cant stand the taste of chlorine and this filter system took care of that problem. We did not have any problems until a few months ago and the filter cases started to leak, but we believe it was from overtightening the cases when we replaced the filters, so make sure you do not overtighten them. We have no problem giving this product the five stars because it is a fantastic product, that is why we purchased the same brand and will save the old parts for spares, it is very easy to install. I ordered the system Jan 24th 2018, received it Jan 25th, installed it yesterday the Jan 25, emailed a video so we qualified for a year of filters, not long after we received an email from Josh DeRosa verifying he had received our email and that the filters would be on the way. Very nice unit. I installed in a bath room on our second floor. I put the unit in an adjacent closet to the vanity and ran the lines through the wall. The instructions were clear and only took about 1 1/2 hrs to install. It was up and running with full capacity by morning. It was a good choice. Ive attached a video to show the install and operation after allowing the storage tank to fill.

Nice and works great. Very simple to install. Watch the YouTube vids if unsure. All I can say is it better than anything you can purchase at Lowes or home depot at a fraction of the price and never have seen customer service and support like iSpring
