We have had this unit for about two years now and in my opinion, this unit produces the best tasting water I have ever had in my entire life. Its better than any bottled water, including those expensive brands.I have had to call the company once for a customer service issue and they took care of the problem very quickly. I also appreciate how their customer service agents are located in USA and speak English as their native language. They were a pleasure to deal with.I did my research before purchasing a RO system and you wont find a better system for the price.

Instructions are brutal. They tried to generalize for all models. Besides that, fabulous water. We use it for all cooking needs. Coffee even tastes different but better! Pump is very quiet. But worth it if you have a run over 50. Would have been 5 stars but instructions suck. Their CS is very good though.

Very easy system to install. It doesnt take up much room and you dont need to be a plumber to figure out. The kit provides all the hardware necessary to complete the installation in your homer office. Ive had the system operating for 3 months and absolutely love the quality of water it produces!!

Awesome product! My well water tasted like I swam in the pacific and added more salt to it. Now it tastes as fresh as any bottled water you can buy at the store, but I know it's better than any of those! Thanks to Josh for sending out free filter changes for a year as a bonus!

I love my iSpring RCC7P-AK unit. The manufacturing quality is high, my self-installation went without a hitch, the faucet looks and functions well, the 6-stage replacement filters are reasonably priced (especially compared to other competitors) and, above all my Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) meter records 36ppm after filtering our municipal supply which is 485ppm! Couldnt be happier, and planning to buy a second unit for another location in my home.

I had to wait several weeks for my order in total.When It arrived in the UK I got a letter from parcel force saying I had to pay import VAT of £28.25 and Clearance Fee of£13.50. A total of £41.75.I paid the custom charges same day of getting letter but still took an email and 9 days.It arrived today 17/06/14 Ordered on 23/05/14

Ive had a same surprise about the custom charges as the previous commenter had. When it has come I installed it but the joint wasnt fit, it was an US size so I had to get another one from the plumbers shop. So I installed it and forgot about this unconvenience because overall the filtered water is a great quality, now I dont need to drink a water full with chlorine from the mains. About 2 weeks later I received an e-mail from the iSpring customer service, apologizing about the incorrect sized thing an offered a refund of my additional cost which I received after few days! Now THAT IS what we can call customer care!!! WELL DONE!!!

Everything you need to install the unit come in the box and extra parts are included. The instructions are clear and there are YouTube videos that help as well. The system, especially the tank is a bit larger than I thought it would be but it works great and looks great.

Drain pipe always has water,and it cannot be controlled.
