I ordered this and received it about a week after ordering. It came in well packaged and in good condition. The instructions were well laid out and fairly easy to follow. Were on well water with a low water pressure of approx. 45 psi but this unit is supplying a good quantity of water. The water from the unit tastes much better - I no longer have to carry home bottled water. What a difference!

I live in the country and have terrible water. This system works great and it's filters are easy to change out.

Well packaged, and everything fits and works. They include extra connectors, but most of them are threaded kind. Wish they put some regular ones for various connection needs, since to Home Depot charges about $5 for each one. I had to purchase a connector package for about $10 online.
