I have a family of seven. Lots of thirsty people with high daily demands for water that is pure and palatable. This combination creates a need for efficient, trouble-free performance and consistent quality. iSpring absolutely meets these requirements and then some. I purchased the system in August 2013 and have had uninterrupted production with no fluctuations in the end product for the duration. I have never tested the water, but it presents with perfect clarity and a pristine taste that my family prefers over any other home-filtered or retail bottled product we have tried. By way of disclosure, I am having to replace the booster pump now, but I have no complaints given the stress we have placed on the system (3-5 gallons daily). If you have decided that RO is the way for you to go, you will not be disappointed with this product. This machine works!

I really cannot say enough obout this product. It has saved me so much money living in the country on well water with high levels TDS in our water since installing this system we have been enjoying water that tastes as good if not better than some HIGH end bottled water. And better yet it adds back some of the nutrients that our bodies need unlike other systems.

Taste and functions great! In the future I will be purchasing a bigger storage tank.Only down side was when I received it one of the plastic connectors was broken. Simple fix with a new one from the hardware store.This unit saves money by not using all brass connectors, but all the main pieces work great.

This is one of the R.O. Systems I have used so far. The filters work well and are easily replaced. The water tastes good, and the built in pump keeps the water pressure up in the line so my ice maker will continue to work properly if you happen to be drawing water from the spigot at the same time as the ice maker. Low water pressure broke my ice maker according to the appliance repairman.

Wish I had discovered reverse osmosis sooner. Our local water is just under the EPA allowable TDS limits for human consumption. Not only are our plants liking the water our new RO system produces, our bodies seem to be responding to it as well in a number of areas. System is well thought out, installs easily and uses top quality components. I like that it uses the more common filters which means they are easier to find and cost less than proprietary designs. So far, no leaks and no errors. I recommend getting the boaster pump model unless you have really great water pressure (60+ psi).

WOrks well, easy to install.Great service from iSpring. I broke one of the connects on accident and they replaced and shipped a new one for free.Instructions left a lot to be desired, but I was able to figure it out and install on my own.Installed it in a 36" wide ikea base cabinet with huge double bowl undermount sink, and there is just barely enough room on one side of the garbage disposal for it. Needed to cut the end of the metal a little to make it fit. HOses and connections fit well / easy.Tap water quality was better than I expected at the new house. Tap water is 50ppm, and after using the filter, it is down to 20ppm.

I ended up extending the lines through the floor so I could mount in the basement making filter changes easier and free up space under the sink. Added a T to supply the fridge for ice and chilled water, however the pressure drop makes the chilled water dispenser take too long so we just use the ice dispenser and fill with warm water from the provided tap in the sink. We also removed the filter in the fridge which helped flow a little bit and made the water much clearer since it hadnt been changed since the prior homeowner. I probably had another $50 in extra water lines and fittings from home depot, but very happy with this system after 8 months of use and one filter change.

We have been using our ISpring system for several weeks now and just love it. We used to drag gallons of water into the house, now we have unlimited, fresh great tasing water to drink right from out systems faucet. The unit is performing flawlessly. Note, over the past we had tried other RO systems, but until the ISpring nothing really gave us any significant improvement. And we really like having some minerals and alkaline feature. Highly recommend. And the company (contact Josh) is an absolute dream to work with.
