My background is in environmental science and water engineering. If youve ever seen the inside of a water main, its enough to make you swear off tap water for life. Ive been using gravity fed systems for years but finally decided to go with a reverse osmosis system. Im so glad that I did. The water coming out of my iSpring tastes great. And, the nerdy side of me cant wait to test it with a TDS meter. If youre on the fence about an R.O. system, you cant go wrong with the iSpring. Like they say, You can pay for your health now, or you can pay later.

Installation was easy (theres video of it on youtube). I havent install the water faucet on my counter top yet because I dont have the tools (once I have the courage to drill my counter top, i will install it). Water tasted good, better than water bottle in my opinion. But most important is a lot cheaper than the water delivery that I had before. I would recommend getting this water filtration system.

Easy to install, the days of carrying water from the vending machine are over. I did a blind water taste test with 3 people and they could not tell which one was from the water vending machine and which was from my water filter. Would definitely recommend. Id like to thank James from iSpring for help.

My BF and I recently purchased and installed this product. We drink a lot of water and also have a professional coffee maker. We wanted the best quality water possible and that is hard for us because we have a well. The water here is very hard and has a lot of iron in it. This system did not disappoint us and blew away any expectations we had when deciding to purchase it. First of all, the packaging was top notch. The box was very clean and all individual components had their own clearly identified box labels. This mad it very easy to picture in our head how it would all finally come together. The instructions were very clear. They even understand some of the challenges people have had installing these units and make you double check the steps you take to complete installation. It took us a little under an hour to install this unit after we cleaned out the cabinet under the kitchen sink. It does take up a lot of space, so we had to move some items to other cabinets. A small price to pay for great water. The hardest part was drilling the hole in our granite countertop. Just go slowly and let your drill do the work... vacuum or brush out material frequently as you are drilling and apply a little water or cooking oil to keep drill bit cool. This step took about 15 minutes to get through an 1.5in countertop. As you can see from our video, the installation came out perfectly. The faucet is high quality and matched our existing faucet perfectly! (BONUS!!!!) We are very happy with the quality of water and performance of this unit. Thanks iSpring! We will probably get another system for our bathroom upstairs!

My girlfriend and I recently purchased this product. It has blown away all of our expectations.First of all, it was packaged very well. All components were clearly marked and easy to identify. Installation of this product was a snap. it took us just about an hour once we cleaned out underneath the kitchen sink cabinet. The instructions were very clear and extremely detailed. They even mention things that could go wrong and cause you to doublecheck your work. The only thing that we were a little nervous about was drilling a hole in the granite countertop. As long as you go very slowly and take your time it will come out perfect like ours did...

Flyer included in system stated to take a snapshot for 6 month filter supply or video for 1 year filter supply. Web site will not accept video. Other than that I had no problem installing. Instructions are clear and having YouTube video is a plus.

Easy to set up by following the Utube Video provided in the setup instructions. I have a salt water aquarium and needed a pure water source. It takes a day to fill a 30 gallon container. I am very satisfied with the system
